Hotel Port Palace

The location is perfect on the main road. Connected with a near by Hospital. We were really luck to have the best sea food platter and a bespoke breakfast made with perfect taste and savour. The staff were nice and we wished if they had few more entertaining paces and packages. Visit them soon before a change of season staff happen! Wishing them good luck and a Happy Stay!!!!!!

My stay at Hotel Port Palace was excellent, courteus and welcoming staff.we (me and my wife)stayed for one day at hotel,its right on main road with ample parking space and easy connectivity kovalam beach and the Azimulah shiv temple is very near just about 3 kms.The rooms are quite good ,value for money ,with good decor and aesthetics.
we had the complementary breakfast ,which was par excellence.They had a beautiful spread of north indian and keralite cuisine.

The hotel is alright for a quick couple of nights of stay. They have a decent vreakfast buffet spread. The room service is not up to par and pretty slow. We ordered some ice cream which was almost melted by the time they came to deliver it to the room. There is some strange poor quality air freshner in the hotel that gives you a bad headache in the lobby. Location is not very central but possible to take a taxi/auto to go to the main market areas.

The rooms are nice and comfortable... Very pleasant staff and service... The food in their restaurant is also good...

Just left the hotel after staying for 3 days and 2 nights. I feel like returning back to them. Everything was the best, especially the way they care about you and your family. The food, ambience, cleanliness, staff, location, nothing went wrong for us. The best budget hotel for anyone interested in visiting Poovar, Kovalam. Better to call them directly rather than through any app or third party.

Good stay for 2 days. Well ventilated rooms. Just few suggestions,
1. Variety of foods can be increased
2. To have easy access to beaches some vehicle arrangements shall be done
3. Food serving speed shall be increased. We lost almost hour in waiting for breakfast.
4. Refill of water bottles shall be in glass or steel bottles.

Good Ambience hotel. Quality of food need to be improved.
