Good service and nice ambiance. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.👍balcony view is fantastic. hotel is situated in the heart of Kozhikode. whatever we want is near by. Peaceful sleep and nice balcony. We can spend alone time beautifully. heart of Kozhikode well maintenance around 1 kilometers near by railway station and ksrtc bus station

Clean and good room, only one towel, room service is good, excellent cooperation from receptionist, all good but price is little expensive for A/C rooms. Safe and Calm place for stay.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable and neat bedsheets too. Fast checkin and checkout and speedy room service as well.
Price was high but room quality was extremely good. No ceiling fan in non-AC room but have a wall fan which was slightly uncomfortable.
Located in a quiet place and bit away from the main road which was good comparatively.
Overall it was a great stay and made my trip memorable.

Terrible experience. Property is not even worth for a 2 Star category rating. For 20 mins early check in they charged 200₹ extra. Room was full of mosquitoes. amenities which was mentioned was not provided. TV was there but with zero channels. Bathroom had just one soap and shampoo. Furnitures were very old and untidy. Not a 4 Star hotel as mentioned. Couldn't even sleep. Please don't choose this property ever.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. I had a very pleasant stay.

One of the worst place to stay in calicut. No proper response from the front desk, parking issues, loud & noisy, stinking rooms.

Nice location, staff nice behavior, clean hotel. Recommended.
