Luxora Hotel and Spa

It was an amazing experience and exceeded our expectations for the price paid. The etiquette of the staff was amazing so was the pool and buffet. Even though we got a small room in the beginning they changed immediately and gave a bigger room on request

Welcomed us with a whole hearted smile... Straight from the security staff . Went to restaurant where a gentleman with a pious smile asked about our need. Found that my kid
was down with fever. He suggested hot porridge with papadm. I thank the gentleman again.. Mr Shyam. I believe in incredible India. Aditi devo bhava 🙌🙌🙌

Very nice hotel. Good Service especially Mr Sahil, Mr Ajith and Mr Vishnu made sure that our group of 28 passengers were kept comfortable and happy thoughout.

30 minutes drive from Calicut Airport. They have a good parking area. Each and every staff has a smiling face always. 5* for the service 😍. Surroundings are clean but the swimming pool area is not well maintained and the washroom nearby swimming pool area also not tidy. Over all had a good experience 🙂

Ease of access, nice ambience and amenities that also includes a bar. Rooms are super spacious, and well maintained.
However, the restaurant food taste could be improved though..

Had been to Khaima resturant inside the hotel, the food was very bad and it tooks 45 minutes to serve the food (only 2 items and we are the only customers there though). Kizhi porotta tastes likes old meet.

Stopped at the NH66, Thalappara location for tea and snacks. Really good tea and veg pakora (made fresh!). And a restaurant in Kerala that serves tea without sugar without asking! They bring the sugar to the table so you can add to your taste, which was a welcome change during our travels here.
Did not stay at the hotel so cannot review.
