1. Rooms are Neat & Clean
2. Hotel Manager & Support Peoples are Polite.
3. Amenities are good.
4. Room Service is Good.
5. Only Breakfast they are not Making inside they buying from Outside Hotel & Taste of the food Is not far good.

It was the first time I had to stay in a room in such a deplorable condition.Dusty rooms, bathroom dirty, pillows and bed linen smelling dusty and dirty.Room service is only in name, nothing like that works there. If you call the reception, they'll say, this is how it works here. Finally we left without any change. As they had already collected the room rent in advance, they didn't matter us and our arguments. Please don't end up there by their fake room photos and videos they shared over the internet. Those are totally misleading information, so kindly beware!

One of the worst experience with these guys.. I stayed in a suite room but you can't close the bathroom door🤣no bath towels, conditioner, soap nothing is there.. You should bring that all with if you planing to move there

AC was not working. Bathroom door was not functional. Not recommended for families. Bar attatched to the hotel. Most of the people who stay drink and make noise at night. They even charged extra 800 per person who came to visit us for just 5 minutes.

Nice hotel with a great Banquet hall and dining area. Rooms are spacious and neat.
AC started leaking. No hot water facility.

It was a unforgettable nightmare for us. The rooms were dusty and no proper ac in the night.. There was not even a fan in the ac room.. Lift was not working on the day and no hot water too.. Not recommeded for families

I had booked in advance for 2 days. I informed them 1 day in advance of my arrival as well. To my surprise when I arrived they asked me change to another hotel as they had made other bookings. They arranged to drop me to another hotel hence I did not face any challenges. Hence giving 2 stars.
