The room is good and the food is also good but surrounding is not good especially parking area. In night it's filling with drunk people and autos. My car got a long scratch. If you don't have a vehicle then this place is suitable for you.

This hotel is in the one way road towards Kozhencherry before the government hospital. They have a small banquet type hall on the terrace. Rooms are average sized, about six or seven rooms in a floor. This hotel has a bar but it has separate entry, so no worry for family travelers. Good parking space opposite to the hotel building. Food very average taste.

The service was excellent and so was the food..the rooms were a tad bit small for 2..but amenities were all great..front desk team were a committed lot..a comfortable place to stay and just a 5 minute walk to the town..good parking lot..since our driver slept in the car we faced no problem whatsoever from unsavoury elements hanging around there..good stay overall

I would say poor service.... I can't believe that, they don't have coffee at lunch time.... ? It's a restaurant with hotel facility... Comeon, who is gonna believe that.... Bill was 1201 and gave 1210rs, and the guy didn't even bother to bring the balance.... Am not being cheap, but the attitude was 0% as a hotel staff.. i think we should reconsider the Tipping culture, because some people take it as granted thinking that's their rite.... sorry to say this...😡😡😡

Great choice for hosting family celebration functions. They have Buffet and À la carte choices. The food was delicious, great hospitality and service. They also have spacious parking.

It was our first visit to Kozhencherry and being newbies to the area we had to make our live in arrangements. Our search on Google brought us to Hotel Park Residency. We were happy with the pricing and the pictures of the rooms and we made the necessary reservations. A bus stand with buses plying locally and to Tiruvilla is available at walking distance and so is a rickshaw stand. Loads of shops and restaurants are also closeby. When we reached the hotel we were pleased with the look and feel of the building. Bang opposite the hotel is one big parking location, the one everyone has so much to talk about. We were greeted by Suraj at the reception desk and he was patient, understanding and was of big help to us with how to navigate the area with help of the buses and rickshaws. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom had the basic toiletries and a hair-dryer too. We had breakfast with our room booking (which wasn't the best) but otherwise we had a couple of meals at the restaurant and they were delicious. All in all , the room was comfortable, the staff more than helpful and and the experience delightful.

The best hotel to stay in kozhencherry town. Guests can enjoy Bar and restaurant . Location is very good on one way 500mtrs from kozhencherry town. They have a separate local bar and executive lounge. Collection of wine and spirits can enjoy the guests. Lot of reserved parking available for the room guests and bar guests.

Has always been a good place for some fresh and well made good food.
