Thi is a decent hotel near guruvayoor temple.The temple is walkable.hotel having enough car parking facility.Rooms are good.Hotel is taking bookings for doing marriage reception.They are having good halls.The entrance to the hotel is small.They have a comfortable lounge area as well.Room services are average.The food items are good.They also have got restaurant inside which serves delicious vegetarian food.The interiors are gorgeous, well appointed and spacious. Especially the lobby - it's decorated with beautiful art works and sculpture.

Please note vegetarian food is only available here, since it's near to the guruvayoor temple.

We recently had a stay in Krishna Inn, Guruvayoor. Listing below the pros and cons of the hotel, as per our experience.
Pros:-
* Prime location - proximity to the temple, railway station, bus station and taxi/auto stand.
* Elaborate parking space
* Pleasant staff behaviour.
* Delicious food.
* Newspaper in the room, which is uncommon these days.

Cons:-
* Ill maintained rooms and bathrooms.
There was cement/concrete coming out of bathroom walls!!
We had also found some hair under the 'supposedly' fresh pillows.
* The curtains were all shabby and dust all over them.
* As it was a 2 day stay, we expected the room service to clean the room and refurbish the tea/coffee sachets and water bottle. It never came, considering it was a 3 star property.
* Our phone call to the reception asking for water bottles also went unanswered.

Many of the negatives listed here can be overlooked if it was not a 3 star hotel. One can be dubious about the value of money spent here, which is one of the highest rates in the location and hence the two star rating (otherwise could have been a 3 star rating).

One advantage of this place is close proximity to the temple. But i think the reception staff on the day we checked in could have been bit more pleasant and we carried our luggage ourselves upstairs . Next day it was fine. I found the bed quite hard . Otherwise aesthetically maintained place . I think the high cost is for the location.

Krishna Inn and used dates back to 2005, our marriage was conducted there. The ambience used to stand out. The food used to be excellent with pure kerala veg dishes.

However, my last visit there left me disappointed, say the least. Food was worse. Unkempt rooms.

Ideal place to stay if you are in for a trmple visit. Vast, spacious carpark inside, attractive reception, neat and nice rooms, clean bathrooms, drinking water dispenser inside the room. Great service and warm and cheerful staff. Very decent breakfast spread. Glad we stayed there and will be back again.

It used to be a really awesome place for stay and food but now it has deteriorated. Stayed here back in August 2022 with my family and my parents. One of the rooms were ok but the other was a mouldy one. Upon letting the reception know about this nothing happened. Then comes the dinner menu which varies in quality every day. They seem to have taken a lot of items off the menu but the least we could expect is a good quality curd rice which was awful when served. I had to turn it down asking them to take another order of the same dish. While we were having this issue, in another table there was a family waiting for about 40 minutes for their food to be served after being ordered. Upon challenging one of the waiters argued to the customer asking them to talk to the chef and they cannot do anything more than that. Which was very useful to know from a customer service point of view. The management has to seriously consider customer feedback to upkeep their quality and save the hotel from downfall.

The worst 2 days spend there no hygiene no laundry service the rooms we got inconnecting rooms for my family both rooms had no refrigerator toiletries need to be asked for. The hand wash faucet was leaking The kettle kept was unclean unwashed if we don’t call housekeeping won’t come without calling there’s no bottle water but a water dispenser bottle to bottle kept which stinks god knows the water was unused since when. Above all. No ala crate in restaurant for lunch and dinner room service extra was dosa items only during dinner. The rates for the standard of food is very high for buffet. Totally disappointed this time. I had given 5 star rating for this hotel every time. But this time all standards were broken and my expectations were vain and all the complaints given was unheard.

No room service before 7am.
This is a temple town and many guests go early morning for darshan. Upon return no tea/coffee avble.
Room tea station not replenished even upon request. (Senior citizens need to have intake after medication.)
Catering staff are bit rigid in customer care.
The room had a layer of dust (accumulated).
Repulsive .... The hand wash area was not cleaned after previous night party. Food remnants, cockroaches & putrified smell first thing in the morning next day. !!
