Souparnika Inn

Friendly staff and clean room. Easy to find. However the map per goibibo is wrong. It drove us to a wrong route around 5km. Search souparnika inn on Google map and it will show you the correct way. Don't follow the map provided.

Souparnika Inn is located near to the town of Puthanathani. It is Hotel with good parking facilities, restaurant and has Bar attached to it. I have had stayed one night at the hotel. Room was good. The food was good too maybe a bit expensive, but it is a three star hotel, so you have to expect that.

Had breakfast from there one month before while driving from kasargode to kollam and had masala dosa. It was good. Overall a good and a pleasant experience staying and dining.

Very bad restaurant experience,
Took the 45minutes to serve food, which was reheated and not fresh. the plates which served food had foul smell, we went to the kitchen and found out that the staff was using a soiled cloth to clean the plates, and putting the cleaning cloth on the floor after wiping the plates and reusing.
We made a police complaint of the situation.
Highly not recommended, the owner was ignorant and didn't respond reasonably to the situation.

Don't know how the restaurant has 3 star rating with such poor hospitality.
The restaurant was understaffed too.
Worst unhygienic conditions.

They are providing duplicate beer.
