Highly not recommending this place. Worst experience ever. We blocked this room by Google search and made a call to the receptionist. When I reached this property the room service guy was sleeping in that room. They didn't change the sheet or quilt. The funniest part is he forgot his trousers inside the hanger.

Good:
Outside of the hotel is neat and clean. But for a luxurious stay it is not the place. Near to railway station
Bad:
The plug points are not working so used the tv plug point for charging. Hot water doesn't come. 24/7 receptionist is available
The bathroom,and room is not clean for non a/c Blankets provided doesn't look clean.
For a budget stay it is okay to stay, if you are ready to compromised with the above points

Telephonic communication was different when I booked the room and after making payment communication was different. Didn't like. They will say u YES till you make full payment.

On our way back from Vagamon to Allepy, we had contacted KR. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 days. Both were neat and tidy. Hot water available.

Ambience: Neat and hygienic
Proximity : Very close to Allepey (Alapuzha) Railway station
Food : One can order food at reception / dine in nearby hotels
Service : Good
Staff : Courteous
Cabs/
Tours & Travels : Yes they also arrange.
Value for money : YES !

Good hotel near the railway station. We used it as we had an early morning train to catch. The AC works fine and there is hot water supply even at 4.30 am in the morning. Overall satisfied for what I paid

Hotel rooms are neat and well maintained. But there is no room serivice available at hotel. If we require food we must go by walk for 500 metres. in the morning coffee is also not available.

Rooms are ok, bathrooms not well maintained. Expensive than worth the price. We taken room during Christmas season , no others were left around town .so booked bere. Very near to beach .
