Sea breezeinn, ( hotel residency)

Very hard to find the location but their service was good The room we got was very clean and had a nice atmosphere

The hotel was good, situated in the main city and rooms was also good. The only problem we faced is while we open the window, there are cockroaches coming inside which then stays in the room. There is no point in blaming the hotel staff as they come from outside. The staff also helped us with hit to kill the cockroachs.

Hotel room is clean. Queen size bed with good mattress, pillows and covers. TV is not working. No smart card in setup box. Annoying noise from fan.
Broken bathroom fittings. Heater not working. Don’t book from apps like Goibibo. They didn’t provide the amenities what they promised.

*HIGHLY OVERPRICED
For a Standard AC room, they charge 2000 Rs without breakfast. It is also difficult to find a restaurant near by (on the morning). And do not expect some good rooms at this hotel.

Towels, bed, blanket, closet everything is covered in stains

*NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY
You can see patches every where on the walls

*FOUL SMELL IN ROOMS

*STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED AND ALSO SHOULD KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE
1. I reached the hotel by 1am. The boy in the reception showed me the parking. The gate towards the parking was closed and he was reluctant to open that gate.. He was expecting me to get off my car and open the gate, and no i didn't because I have started feeling insulted. I waited for 5 minutes, meanwhile he was standing still, just looking at me and after 5 minutes he has opened reluctantly.
2. This guy was very very very reluctant to use my card for making payment (he has to do some work, if I am choosing card option)
3. This guy gave me the keys, didn't even show the manners to guide me to the room.
4. I told him that I had to leave by morning 9.15 am, and as expected they have delayed me 15 minutes.

My Suggestion: Never book this hotel, unless you have some money to waste.

Highly Overpriced depended on the service they are providing.

Platinum rooms review: clean room, neat linen bedsheets and blanket. Room service available at dialling 0 or 9.I was working and attending teams meetings during my stay. Having good wifi and jio signals avilable.payyabalam beach at 1.4km away. For auto it costs me minimum amount. chinese food avilable at Beijingwok is adjacent to sea beeze rest inn. also you can get fresh juices are avilable at juicyshop at 100 meter distance.you will also food avilable through room service rates are reasonable.

Silver Room(=non AC): above avg clean room with enough space.
workstation table avilable in the room really helped me to attend online meetings.
little hot in room. If you open the windows it might reduce room temperature , however outside voices and mosquitoes might give you thought to close the windows.
restaurant provide foods avilable at room.shakes,juices,snacks,biriyani/breads,veg/nongravy dishes,shawarma are avilable.
food price range (50Rs(Fresh lemon juice)/item to 550/item(Chicken shawai).Room service avilable throughout front desk(dial9).

Nice place but small parking underground, Old property well maintain But the Room rent is high over all i am giving 3/5
