Hotel Bessota International

Worst experience. The room AC was not working. After repeated calls one staff came and told it will not work and they cannot repair or change the room. The room was bad , staff was not friendly, food also they don't have good menu. Please avoid this hotel itz better to book at other hotel like club7 and Elite near by as you will have better room and peace of mind.The door stairs they have local bar so the whole place smells bad.

An excellent Hotel.Staffs are cooperative,neat and clean rooms.Very fast response from both front office staff and Restaurant staff.I feel happy and comfortable.Railway station very near.

value for money, good and neat room, centralised A. C cooling is less, tasty food(To reduce oil) no disturbances, service not bad

Rooms were not cleaned. I found beer bottles under the bed. I don't know
why they collect money for services. No response from the staffs when requested to clean it. No response at all. We requested them to bring water and nobody responded. Waited for hours and we had to drink tap water. Absolute terrible experience. So eager to get money from us but nothing was paid for
This hotel should not be in operation.

1.Incompetent receptionist. We had booked a triple room, however we received a double-bed room. We were not transferred to the room capacity we paid for as the hotel was fully booked. If the receptionist had properly checked our booking this could have been prevented. It is funny how you can mess up the simplest of jobs.2. Misinformation. No free breakfast is provided as described in the Hotel Bessota International .
