Hotel South Regency

I was fully satisfied with all the services. Every staff i encountered was helpful and hospitable. Reception is welcoming and informative. Rooms are clean and tidy. Location is very convenient because of the easy access to south railway station, south metro station and ksrtc bus stand. Hotel is recommended.👍👍♥️

Decent hotel. This is the best hotel that is closest to ernakulam junction railway station. Nice rooms. Absolutely no train noise as the ac room had sound proof windows. Room was clean. Hot water came even in the night. We enjoyed our stay here during the transit

They charged us 2300 for the executive room but the service was not good.
If we ask for anything then they would simply deny like we asked for milk powder then they would say sorry.
Online food was not delivered till room or the room service also didn’t bring food to the room. We have to go downstairs and the bring food. Staff is very unfriendly

We are people of there stayed at hotel South regency while our enroute to sabarimala for 6-12-2022 for only one night.

Room service is available but it's waste to inform them.they have not attended as I informed them that tv was not working. No one has attended till morning.

At the time of booking we we're informed that hotel restaurant will be available upto 10:30 but restraunt ppl just replied that "we are having too much privious orders"
I thing they thaught that we not staying in their hotel.

I was wondered that #MMT has given 4.0 out of 5.0 but according to me it should be 1.0 outof 5.0 .

It is a nice hotel. Just outside the railway station. The road to hotel is fully occupied by street food. Once you enter inside the hotel it is so pleasant and nice aroma all time. Reception and service staff were so friendly. Rooms were neat, but bathroom not very clean. Because of our odd eating times, we didn't get a chance to try their restaurant. Overall a good place to stay.

We had the most awful experience. The staffs were impolite. Despite telling them we are here on government business, they were not at all hospitable and felt like they were the most hostile hotel staff ever.

Update/ My Response: We never had any use for any of your conference room as this wasn't an organised business meeting and this was well informed to those who worked at the reception.
Our meeting only required few minutes and we thought we will have it in our room as your charged exhorbitant rates for your meeting rooms, which served us no purpose at that time.
Thankfully our guests decided to continue the meeting at their office because of the hostility of your staff and thus we moved out.
Not only were your receptionists hostile, they do not know how to behave well with guests or those who came to meet us.
I have never endured such issues in any of the star hotels where I've stayed. This is the first time and at your hotel which I thought was good, but boy was I wrong.
From the first moment when I stepped in, your receptionists were like angry robots waiting to finish us. There was no smile, no warmth, no courtesy nor a hospitability. All I got is a cold feeling of a very hostile environment.
We came 45 minutes early and the lady at the reception told us straight that the room is not ready and began to create an atmosphere of confusions stating it'll take an hour or two, but a gentleman came and resolved our concern in a matter of minutes. I do not know who he is, but he and your security were the friendly people whom I met.
The lady at the reception could have politely asked us to wait while our room is being prepared, but she didn't.
There were only two people who checked in and not three.
I hope you have a good look at our dinner bill before you levy your claims.
There is a level of customer service etiquette expected by customers from you and your staff and your response shows clearly, how hostile you are towards your customers and you've even confirmed the same so boldly.
I have also heard many more issues about your hotel from the public and this isn't a platform where I'll discuss it.
Anyways, we had our worst time at your hotel which lacked cleanliness as your staff gave unclean pillows and stained bed sheets and were very rude and hostile, thankfully our business meeting went well and I've decided never to come to your hotel or use any of the services again nor recommend any of our foreign business clients about your hotel. You are setting a more negative views about your hotel when you respond in such manner, despite your years of experience in the hospitality industry.

The linen and towels were not that clean - expected better from the supposedly 3 star hotel. Even though the room is AC, there are many mosquitos which was really bothersome especially since I needed to catch a train at 5am. Also, the rooms are not sound proof, I could hear furniture being moved all night long. Also they guaranteed a wake up call at 4:30am but that never came. Its very close to Ernakulam South station and metro - 2 mins to either which is main highlight. If you have an early morning train, this can be considered.

Perfect Location. 1 min walking distance from Ernakulam Railway station and South Ernakulam metro station. 1 km from KSRTC bus stand. Room is very clean and having big space. Recommended for staying.
