Medora Hotel

I celebrated my husband Birthday party in Medora Hotel. The arrangement was too nice and the celebration out to be more happiest. The location and venue is great, Special thanks to Medora staff team for making this big day as one of our life time memorable event. The service was great and happy with the quality . All the staff were very nice and active in responding to any request. I am glad I have chosen Medora Hotel for this event and Staffs are excellent, very professional and helpful. Room service and the breakfast was good; overall we had an amazing experience.i highly recommend this place

Had a fabulous stay @ Medora Hotel. The staff's behavior was very nice. Especially the Reception team and the service guy in 4th floor Restaurant behaved politely and good at hospitality. I would like to recommend for couples, friends and families. The rooms were clean and neat, The house keeping team maintains well. The one suggestion is to have a menu in Restaurant in 4th floor . The hotel is situated in the center of city. Easily accessible to shops and malls. Bus stand and Railway station are nearby. Overall had a great experience.

The stay was nice. The room was really nice and clean. All basic facilities were there. The only problem I faced was there was no drinking water facility. They provide with two free 500 ml water bottles but for full day it isn't enough. When asked they said the kitchen was closed and can only provide with same 500 ml bottle which costs rs. 10 at Rs. 32 (hotel rates). However the stay was comfortable and should definitely try it. I would advise to book online as it would save you around Rs.600-700

It was a very comfortable stay. Though our Check in and check out were in the wee hours of 1am and 2am, the staff were very cooperative and understanding. We thank Mr.Sagar, Mr.Favvas and Mr.Vinod for your service. Facilities like Hot water kettle and mini fridge were provided. We were served with room service even after 10pm, which was so nice of them. If we get the same offer price from Goibibo, we wouldn't look for any other stay during our next vacation.The dine in restaurant provided us with freshly made delicious breakfast. The proximity, of the Hotel Medora to Focus Mall and other shopping centres, in walkable distance enabled us to enjoy our trip even more as a family. Thank you Medora and thank you Goibibo.

Club rooms are decent and value for money.But deluxe rooms are not upto the mark.The bedsheets were not clean. They didn't change the towel or waste in the room after one day. Service wise i am not that satisfied. If you are looking for a single day stay, its the best option

Hotel location was great. Very near to all major restaurants, mavoor road, mananchira park, beach etc.Room and bathroom was clean and bed/mattress was very comfortable for a good nights sleep.But rooms are not properly maintained i.e. fixtures in bathroom are little worn out. Tea provided with room service was not freshly made. Being a keralite, it was evident in taste and wondered why they are not providing fresh tea.There is a policy about 1 complimentary water bottle of .5 liter per person per day. We are supposed to ask reception for this complimentary bottle. If we call restaurant, they give 1 liter bottle which is chargeable. This info was not provided to us during check in or later. I called reception on the morning of day 1 asking for water and they gave the number to the restaurant. That afternoon, on way back to room after lunch, asked for water at reception, and they send the 1 liter bottle to room. At the end they charged for all water and never gave the complimentary bottles. On checkout, I came to know about this and shared these details. As I didn’t want to unnecessarily make a scene, paid the money and left. Now when says free mineral water bottle, but there is some specific rule, they need to call it out which was unprofessional. It’s not about charging money, it’s about being open!We had 3 adults in a room (deluxe room) with extra bed. Though bed provided was good, room is too small to accommodate another bed and so it was congested. Just a tip for anyone in future!!

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming, and immediately made us feel at ease. The stay was pleasant. The hotel is situated at the center of town and near to places like beach, SM Street, Mananchira square etc. Parking space is adequate. The rooms were clean and they immediately provided another upgarded room when the lock in our room was not working. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Outside food is not allowed.
