Crowne Plaza Kochi

An amazing place for a relaxing stay/spend. Staffs are really helpful and cooperative. All the services offered are really great. They have focused very well on their aesthetic appearance, and have maintained the same to its true beauty. The pool also requires a special mention. Their buffet was lovely and organised. The dishes were equally good. Looking forward to spending more quality time in this heavenly place. 😊 Kudos to the team.

Perfect stay, well maintained hotel with a great variety of food with in house restaurants. The staff were very polite and humble. Exceptional room service with daily twice housekeeping. The rooms were spacious and huge with an amazing city view. Also the sunset from the room was really beautiful. Breakfast was really delicious with a wide range of variety and live counters. Overall a great and memorable experience.

We were a little skeptical about staying here but had a very pleasant surprise. The rooms are huge and well maintained, the pools are fabulous. Good gym. Food was amazing - do try the beef burger (one of best I've had).

We visited over New Year when the hotel was fully booked and there were clearly some over capacity issues (for example room service took extra long on New Year's Eve). However what made up for any such gliches was really lovely warm and friendly service.

I want to especially call out one member of front of house staff - Samuel - who literally went out of his way to be helpful, kind and super friendly. Quite above expectations...we looked forward to seeing his smiling face!! Overall the staff were really charming given what was obviously one of their more hectic periods. Thank you!!

The best! I had organized my family reunion at the hotel last week and it was amazing. All my guests were super happy and the service & arrangements were beyond my expectations! Sheron who helped me set up my get together did an excellent job and I can’t thank her enough for her diligence in organizing the event. The rooms were superb and totally worth the money. Kudos to Crown Plaza team for making my vacation a very memorable one!

It’s a great place to stay.... The staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious...
Rooms condition also excellent. Well maintained hospitality. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose crown plaza hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Let me start by saying that the service has been excellent right from check in. Despite it being busy at the reception area today evening the front desk did a fantastic job in checking us in. Mr Anghad was extremely helpful and assured me on the special request we had to maintain our room for the next 2 nights. His behavior and attitude to help is exceptional. He did call me back as promised. Our first dinner at the outlet was great with a wide choice. All staff extremely friendly and looked after my family and their individual request. Kudos to the entire team. Looking forward to the next 2 nights at the property.
