Builda Park inn

Good place, with almost all facilities.
Parking, gym, pool, Food service, convention halls and many more.
Very good hospitality. Very clean and maintained rooms. Very good behaviour of staffs.
Pool was under maintenance when we went, so it was a bit untidy still we were allowed to use.
Overall the best place to hang out with your friends and family.

I went there for a function. I loved the place in general. The auditorium looks good. Spacious for conducting a small party there. The only con for the auditorium was that, for gents, if we want to wash our hands or need to go to toilet when we are attending the function in the auditorium and if it's raining, we better go with an umbrella. We need to walk through open area a bit to reach the restroom.

I saw one of the suites in the property. It was really spacious and clean.

I took an Executive Suite.. but
1. No hot water
2. No timely service. 1 hr delay for 4 cups of tea and that too after multiple followup
3. Cups were not cleaned.

1 star for room and staff behaviour.

Our stay at builda parkin was a delightful experience. We were extremely pleased to find a such a well maintained hotel in Ottapalam. Every member of their staff was so courteous and well behaved. The space has been desinged in a simple but elegant manner and a great deal of thought has gone into creating this space. We stayed in one of their suites and it was more a spacious apartment than a room. In addition to a living and dining area, the suite came with 2 spacious bedroom and an additonal kitchenette. The rooms were kept spic and span, the linen was clean and fresh.

The room service and restaurant menus were limited as they had low occupancy. But whatever they served was fresh and tasty.

If you are looking at staying anywhere in and around Ottapalam, do not think twice. Builda parkin is the place to stay.

Ps: we wanted to visit ivormadom in thiruvilwamala, and had booked a hotel there through a travel app. On our arrival late night, we realized the hotel was a dusty mess. We called Builda well past midnight to check for room availability and they promptly agreed to make arrangements. Yes, it is close to a 20 min drive to ivormadom but it was completely worth it.

Rooms and Hotel ambience was awesome... But service in the restaurant very poor, they preferred preorder even though they didn't serve what we ordered...

Very nice and calm place to stay About 4 times i stayed in Builda park inn at different month, its very happy to say that they are still maintining their cleaness and neatness in their rooms, washrooms , swimming pool, restaurant etc ... i liked their facilities like gym, home theatre , cafe . The services and behaviour of staff are also very good. Whenever i check out from there usually feel worth . Keep maintain ur services like this .

I am not sure of the rooms but the restaurant sure is spooky. The entrance looks like a stunning place but don't be stunned by it , the restaurant hardly exist. No customers , yes not even one , we were the only one and food took over half n hour to come . The food was also average. Guess this place is not meant for dining and rather a place to stay .
