I am thankful to all the staff who made my 29 days accommodation homely. Your non-veg foods are delicious. Rooms need to renovated however I hope you upgrade soon. Special Thanks to Room service Mr. Nukun. He is the most decent and humble person I have ever met. He always has that pretty smile 😊 on his face no matter how hard his day is. Please appreciate him for his dedication towards your hotel. Wonderful. Definitely will visit next time. 🙏🏻

Location is close to Baba-dham and local markets. Courteous and helpful staff. In-house restaurant serves good quality food. The only let-down was that I felt there were bed-bugs in our room.

The design of the hotel is also very beautiful and the exterior interior mirror or the name of the hotel is very well written the main reception is also gone and the reception service is also very good went to the interview hotel but i found out the interview canceled It is done.The location of the hotel is also good but I will not be able to share any room information as I have not stayed there so if I get a chance I will definitely visit the hotel next time.The hotel is very nice if you guys visit Deoghar then the hotel will be good to stay.Don't know what is the service inside the rest, but asked at reception, the conversation was very good, the staff behavior was also good, so the main hotel was given a 5 star review.

Stayed here for 2 days. Hotel ambience is good, but room cleaning are not upto the mark. Bathroom toilets are so dirty. Soap dispenser was broken and it was replaced after 28 hours that too after so much persuations. Tv channels were very limited.

Rooms are good but cleanliness is not upto the mark. The worst part is service. Some of their staffs are really good but most of them are rude and I'll behaved.
They should definitely work on the service part.
Also, their billing process is really tedious and annoying.
I stayed there for multiple days and passed on the feedback expecting that they would improve during the course.. but they didn't, unfortunately.

For a small pilgrimage town, this hotel is really good.. Food spread, quality and taste was very good and so were the staff... Very attentive and service oriented... Short distance from the Baba Baidyanatheswar temple... Room we were in had a leak on the bathroom door and water started to flow out into the toilet area... No foot rugs or hand towels... Hotel decor was great... Recommended...

The place is good to stay as there are not many options in Deoghar, if you are looking for some 4 or 5 star property. The rooms are ok-ok. Otherwise the reception and other sitting areas are very good. The staff is very helpful.
