The check-in time is 12:00pm as instructed by the company itself for the rooms. I reached the hotel at 12:30pm still they could not provide me the room. I was asked to wait for 2.5hrs then I got the room. The room which I got was very small and different from the pictures shown there on the app. Service here was very poor. I tried reaching out to Oyo customer service multiple times but could not reach out to them. I am going to post about everything publicly. I had a horrible experience as a customer and even after doing the prepaid payment.

Very poor service given by Manager and staff. Bedsheet was dirty, AC was not working, washroom was not cleaned Tv and set up box was not available. The given images and actual was difference please provide another hotel option in same location.

Friendly staff...with good behaviour..,all good,location is also good,there is no problem for stay tere..price of value is also good...when ever m came to ramgarh again...m stay only at this hotel,thanku oyo and thanku hotel staff..to feel me special.🤗🙏
