Pod n Beyond | Smart Hotel

I love to travel and I've been travelling since 2019 hence stayed at so many places but after staying at so many hotels, this one Pods n beyond is one of the best hotel and best stays I ever had. The room, amazing ; the breakfasts , amazing ; the staff , amazing. Bathroom is neat and clean and very well maintained. Even the bedsheets and bed is well maintained. The staff team is very friendly and cooperative. And all these are at very reasonable price. Totally loved this place. ❤️
As a woman traveller the stay is really safe and secure.

The place is in a decent locality but on the main road, accessible to all transport modes. They have varieties of rooms for different categories of guests, well maintained, clean and hygienic. TV and Ac r in good functional condition, though i haven't turned on the TV.

The property has a raw kitchen, so guests can enjoy fresh and tasty food from it anytime.

People are really good, ready to help and take care of the guest so well. But sometimes their presence in multiples in ur room might sound little uncomfortable

Well maintained washrooms, with 24/7 running hot water and basic toiletries, will make u enjoy ur showers.

I had issues in checking in due to non availability of the room for a couple of hours. Have Issues with the intercom and wifi functioning in the property.

Elderly might face difficulty in climbing all the four or five floors due to lack of a lift facility.

Overall, a mixed experience.


Good..needed multiple cups of coffee which they r ready to provide and comfortable bed for relaxing kept me forget the tiredness.

excellent hotel, excellent room at this price, excellent interior & washroom fitting. Cleanliness & Hygiene is as good as any 5 star hotel. service & behaviour of the people is very good. only thing they don't have elevator & they offered me room at 3rd floor.

It is my first time seeing and visiting Pod N beyond Smart hotel, India's first capsule hotel, and I must say I'm very impressed. The hotel rooms was v cozy and the decor was elegant. The rooms had dim yellow lights making the setting homely and each corner of the room was utilized being a capsule hotel. Basic amenities like gyser, electric heater, AC, phone were available. The receptionist was polite and prioritized our needs . Although the hotel had few staff, they were kind, polite and forthcoming. I enjoyed my meals catering to my needs like I were in my home. Puris were served right after I finished my portion and going about asking if someone needed curry or rice in the dining table. Last but the not the least, it offers free laundry service. The rooms are affordable and food quality and combination is excellent. I would recommend everyone who visits tatanagar go for the luxury experience the Pod N beyond smart hotel offers. Thank you

We were group of four friends who stayed for day in Pod n Beyond( Rani kudar branch). This hotel is newly built. There lots to talk about the hotel.

Here I go :

I'll start with pricing of the hotel, it is really a budget friendly hotel. We booked two rooms for a night on the same evening. This costed us 2800 for two rooms including breakfast.

In addition to this, rooms were quiet spacious, bed covers were clean, washroom was damn clean and spacious.

Staffs were very polite and was down to earth. Food was amazing.

The only drawback it has that unmarried couples are not allowed. Other than this it has rooftop restaurant for breakfast.

Location is also too good 100m from Ramada.

I would highly recommend you guys to visit once. We loved our stay over there.

We went on a winter vacation to Jamshedpur & my friend (who is always keen in trying something new)found this hotel while net searching.
First of all..the hotel is unique in it's planning of rooms...since we were 3..we booked a Tripod...a double bed..& the single one in bunk format above it.
The package included breakfast..which was really superb..the lunch & dinner were also great experience...the kitchen staff needs a hats off.

I must recommend staying....

They are just faking it out. Request all to record whatever they are telling about the room prices and also cost of breakfast and ask them to write all the details and provide the breakup of each of the prices they are charging for the hotel as at last they will denied that they haven't promised anything. Please be aware of the frauds before making reservations in this hotel. I would recommend not to stay in this hotel as there are many hotels in jamshedpur.
