Hotel bibhuti vihar ghatsila

Excellent infrastructure and location. Great view of hills.. Very spacious room. Ambience is beautiful. Staff tried to be of as much help as possible under the circumstances that there was no electricity for major part of the stay, though through generator lights n fans will work but during the same ac and charging point won't. So suggestible to go during winter only. Food however can improve a bit.

Room service is very good. Ambience, natural environment are very mind blowing. But, fooding service is very slow. this need to be improved.
If you order aloo paratha / bread butter / omlet, you have to wait minimun 30 mins. But, there is no heavy crowd.

Spacious. Well connected. Location wise very good, just beside the highway. Room rents are reasonable and cheaper. Standar double bed room (A.C.) rent are Rs. 1400+GST (Ground Floor) and Rs. 1600+GST (First Floor). There are 2 small Double bed rooms (A.C.) at ground floor with rent Rs. 1200+GST. Please avoid this small rooms as there is no cupboard / storage space. Bed size 5*7 and room size may be 8*10 or even smaller. Geyser and AC are OK.
Food are good but service is not upto the mark as the staff are not enough in strength to handle full occupancy of the hotel. Sometimes you have to ensure 2nd time wheather they have noted your order or not.
Overall experience is good.

N. B.: 1) Frequent load shedding is expected. At that time No. A.C., No. Plug point supply is available though Light and Fan supply is on inverter.
2) Since it's a govt. property as usual little bit lack of maintenance is visible like 50%chance of getting a bedsheet with small hole, mosquito repellent can be given after repetitive request. Most of equipments @Park are defective.

The location is good, just beside the highway. The rooms are clean and spacious. We requested to cook food for the baby and they did it. But small things can create a great impression on tourists, I feel they need to work out on the same. Few are listed below
1) The entry point from the highway can be easily missed as there is no lighting in the nighttime.
2) Food quality is not satisfactory, we had a very bad experience. Breakfast we liked but dinner was not good. Small hotels also provide onions/lemon/Mirchi with roti/rice but here they are charging for the same. Price is more compared than food quality.
3) At least 1 water bottle can be provided as a complimentary can create a good impression.
4) The Park and gardens are not maintained.

We visited Ghatshila on Oct-22, we stayed at Bibhuti Bihar, we had mix experience about this hotel. Location wise it's awesome, hotel room , as you already know it's not a 4/5 star hotel, so rooms would be like that 3* only,but i found cleanness in my room, so i was happy, i used to carry my own bedsheet and pillow cover( i know it's sound weird, but when i know it's 3* hotel, so it give me some relief). Hotel management was very good, well welcomed, the only thing is terrible here is room service/ restaurant, i have to order anything at least 3-4 hr before,that also sometime you will not get your food on time, with kids it was very difficult to manage,like after whole day sightseeing, they like to get sleep early, but if you order food a bit earlier you will not get it for sure, I think hotel management need to pay attention on their restaurant to improve their services better, otherwise my whole trip was was awesome, what we expected from Ghatshila, we get it

Nice hotel room and surrounding. Well maintained. Food is also good.

Rooms were good with space for activities, sports or spending time with family with bonfire but not satisfied with the service of the hotel. People in reception is not available most of the times also room service were not proper. Resturant was good and room service was fine for that but for basic facilities room service was not great.

Checked in at the spur of the moment. But it's very good. If you want to visit ghatshila you should put up there. It's from Jharkhand tourism. Plenty of parking. Just off the highway. Easy to find. Quiet and calm.
