OYO 35368 Hotel HillTop

I stayed at hotel hilltop to attend marriage of a colleague. It is around 20 minute drive from bokaro railway station(8-10 kms depending upon the route.) The hotel is situated at very good location with many banks and local market being in the vicinity. Transport is available easily. Hotel is on the second floor of the building. A sweet shop is on ground floor and restaurant on the first floor(No lift though). I was given a twin bed ac room which was good but others needed to wait as washrooms of some rooms were dirty. Staff is ok. Room service is provided from 7 AM to 10 PM and you can order from restaurant for breakfast and meals.

Budget hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Situated in the major market. All shops are in walking distance. Food is good. Also the hall is decent size for accommodating 40-50 people.

Can be considered at last if no option is left. Well it's a good hotel according to the location it can be considered but rest all the things are just average. At times the area becomes quite busy with lots of traffic sound which is sometimes unbearable.
Food is fine not great. Rooms are overall a bit expensive if you look at the condition of the room you get for your money.
Can be considered for its prime location.

Average hotel to stay. Room are not clean. Bedsheets are dirty. When asked for change they said no more bedsheets are available. No provision of extra bed. Staffs are cooperative for outdoor work like cloth ironing and laundry. But charges more than desired. Do not recommended for family trip.

It is situated in the City Center, the heart of the Bokaro Steel City. Bokaro Mall and various other good places are very near to the hotel, you can say almost at a walking distance. Saying specifically about the hotel, it contains different types of rooms. Some are good and others are totally opposite. So be sure to check the allocated room before checking in. The hotel needs to improve on cleanliness and many other aspects. They are charging very high prices compared to the room and service they provide.

I have booked the room through Goibibo. Photographs at the site are attractive but actually it’s below average. Rooms are not neat and clean. Bed sheets and blankets having smell. It’s not worth the price paid by me.

I have too travel a lot coz of of my job. But my experience at Hotel Hill Top was horrible. First I've booked an AC room through Oyo app and got a discount of 50%. But at the time of check in the receptionist (Mr. Brigu) asked me to pay the full amount coz they've some issues with Oyo and denied to give me any room. He clearly told me if don't pay the full amount he's not gonna give me any room against my booking (which is confirmed Booking ID CGXM3560; and he got that information too). He forced me to cancel this booking and checked in directly in the hotel. It was 46°C at the outside and all the nearby hotels we're fully booked at that time. Then I cancelled my booking and checked in at a higher price. But Mr. Brigu is a big liar, very arrogant and very abusive kinda guy. At the time of check out he did a mistake about putting a wrong GST number in my bill and told me he can't do anything about it right now. When I told him to rectify the same otherwise I'm not gonna pay suddenly he charged me saying that " I'll see how you are going to leave the premises without paying?"
His other colleagues told him to calm down but he was not gonna stop that time. And he also told me after checking out don't ever come to this hotel. When his senior came to the place and resolve my problem he was a total denial that time. Mr. Brigu is basically an A#*€¥le kinda guy.
I'm telling this to the Hotel Hill Top Authority remove this person immediately or else your business gonna wind up very soon. I'm giving this rating only because of that fellow.

Our experience of Hotel Hilltop has been good. My friends and family have stayed here multiple times.
The rooms are fairly clean and the service is good most of the time .
