Hotel Muskan & Restaurent

I visited the restaurant on the way to Faracca (Malda). As we started our trip from Chittaranjan at 6.00am we reached this restaurant at about 10.00am. There was no good restaurant for breakfast on the way. So we had this as the best available option. We had "Paneer Paratha and Dahi". Quality was very good and price is also reasonable. Best thing is that it's just on our way so it was time saving also. They also serve Lunch; snacks and dinner with wide variety of menus.
I find it's a very good place for a food break in Pakur on the way to Faracca/ Malda

Ac in rooms are not working.i have stay here for 8 days.1st they give room no 103 which ac is working fine but its bathrooms smell a rotten things when i told them then they give room no 104 in which ac is not working.again i complain about it they again change room to 203 which is very small in comparison to room no 103 and 104. And told that its ac is working fine but its ac is also not working.they install ac in rooms only for maintaining temperature not for cooling.when i told about it they say that no rooms are available and this ac is working fine.so if you stay here then you have to switch on fan for cooling or air.
They also have no manner how to serve food in room ,they serve food open without covering from anything.they serve Roti in vegetable plate.
Overall service in this hotel is very poor.

Worst hotel i have seen but no more options are available there.rooms are clean but ACs are not cooling in any room.sometimes insects are wandering here and there in the room.hotel staffs are not pay attention on your complain.they have no manner how to serve food they serve you food in open bowl and roti in vegetable plate.if you complain about room then they provide you poorest room available in this hotel and there after they say that except this we have no rooms available.so you have to stay in that room because only few hotels are available in pakur.

I have gone to resturant with family(5 member). Service is not good. Need improvement. The seat they have given not a fan. We talk about change the seat. But have not changed. Manager should take care. He didn't help in changing seat. Food is very authentic and good quality.

Service is not good. Food quantity and quality is good . Taste is so so. Soup, noodles and chili chicken was tasty but fried rice and fish finger not up to the mark .

Regarding a short official tour in Pakur I stayed here. Rooms are good with all basic facilities like dental kit, comb, slippers, drinking water and geyser. They provided complimentary breakfast with Puri-sabji, boiled egg, fruits and tea. Hotel managers are well-cooperative, fluent in both Bengali and Hindi and well-behaved. Parking place is big. Driver can rest in top floor dormitory with some minimal extra charge. View from terrace is awesome and can get a sky-view of the small town. Location is very well-connected with main bazar area, offices, railway station and bypass to nearby National Highway of West Bengal.

Reasonable price. Food quality is good. But taste is so so. Service is horrible.
