Hotel Churuwala Inn

Waste of money. 1 star is also too much for this property. Bad smells in room. The fridge in the room was not working. The curtain was torn. There was a lot of fungus in the bathroom. This is absolutely the wrong place for family. The staff sitting at the reception was very rude.

Rooms were good but not maintained well.. Bedsheets were dirty and smelling.. Even blanket too. When asked for another blanket they denied and said they'll give extra bedsheets which was given but again that was also dirty.. Bathroom was also not up to the mark..

I am very disappointed with the service and rules as well. I was asked to pay extra on check in and without that we were not allowed to check in.
Also the amount they charged was not at all justified for the room they provided. The room was small and was charged triple the amount of refreshments provided in the room. I am very disappointed and will never recommend it to anyone.
Refreshments kept in the room were charged double and triple than the actual cost. A 15/- sprite bottle was charged as 60/- which is not acceptable.

Overall experience was quite good,
I checked in 3 hours late but then also room was not ready,
But anyhow they managed to ready the room as soon as possible.
Staff were supportive and helpful.
Location was perfect

The hotel is a bit far from the railway station and located inside a market area. Rooms and washroom are okay. However, in a few rooms buckets, electric kettles were missing. They also offer a complementary breakfast service, and they provide a different menus everyday. Overall it was a okay experience.

This is the most pathetic place I've ever seen. It's deeply appalling that despite online booking they ask you to pay EXTRA CASH and they issue NO BILL whatsoever for the cash paid. DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE ONLINE AS THEY ARE JUST BOGUS BOOKINGS OF THIS HOTEL. The rooms are simply terrible and the service is just like a roadside shop. THE PICTURES ARE ALL MISLEADING. There are frequent water and power cuts almost throughout the day. The food is of such low grade quality that you end up getting food infection. Not at all recommended. I even spoke to the owner of the place to give my feedback and the way she took the feedback rightly justified the pathetic service and the place this hotel is.

I won’t give a single star. Terrible service. They will treat you as if you are staying there for free and they are doing favour providing you room. They will not keep your luggage in your room but will not let you leave until and unless they will check if they’re each and every things are at right place. Although there so called stuffs in the room are defective only. Bed sheets, washroom, was unhygienic. Would never recommend !

Pathetic experience,they charging so much but cant provide extra pillow,asked for blanket as it was cold they gave bed sheet,food is overpriced,at 11pm night there was drilling noise going asked to stop in reception they didnt took any step,horible
