Hotel Muskaan International

This hotel is infested with bed bugs. The staff wouldn't give us a refund, and we paid for 2 rooms. They came into the rooms several times to spray the headboards and the desk, but didn't take us seriously. The staff is very unprofessional. They opened our door right after ringing the bell, and if I or my mother in law was not decent, there would be one less worker here. This is a nice "looking" hotel, but I'd rather stay in a cardboard box if it was bug free.

The hotel has been redesigned. Looks good, the rooms are well and the location is very good. They just don't have power backup for Air Conditioning which can be improved .

Pathetic service. The hotel reception staff is too rude. Seems like he is running a military camp. Unclean rooms for high price. Will never suggest anyone to visit that hotel.
You can get much better rooms in a much better location at the same price.

Hotel is good.. rooms are good as per price. Service is ok. Behaviour should be better. Behaviour and response need to be improved.

A nice safe place to stay near the dhanbad railway station. The rooms are nice, clean here in affordable price. The place has its own kitchen, and all kind of room services are available here.
