Ramada by Wyndham Jammu City Centre

Very good location, with good rooms and amenities. Service was also too good. Breakfast brunch was very very good.
Bad experience was about itz swimming pool. It was not clean and it didn't not have chlorine water in it. Pool wasn't filtered water and very slippery. Not at all maintain.
other then that everything was perfect.

Hotel Location is good.
Rooms are spacious.
But this time there was some problem with the lighting. Only a single switch turned all lights onn and off. There was some leakage problem with Bathroom Flush and only hot water was coming out from shower. Raised complained but was not resolved. There was ome renovation work going on so the noise from breaking and moving things above disturbed all day. Food was good.
Could have been better in this price range. Seems hotel doesnt pay attention to maintenance of rooms.

Really good hotel for stay , I steyed there when the hotel name is different, but staff is same after that also. Food is very good i like can fruits in breakfast, satay was very comfortable. Thank you all staff and specially front desk staff. 😊😊

This is not RAMADA Property, they are cheating customers in name of RAMADA.
They took my booking over call & confirmed, when I reached midnight, staff refused to admit that they have taken my booking & refused to give room.

Quality of Hotel is not as per standard of RAMADA.

Ambiance is good and food quality is awesome. Big restaurant with variety of food in buffet. Service is also good. Big gym and swimming pool. with separate kids section. Reception area is also good. Very good location. Really good stay and malls are also nearby. Raghunath temple is also around 1km

It was a very good experience during my stay at KC . But their is always a scope of improvement. They have to go a good no of varities in breakfast as i found a very restricted menu at breakfast. Service at restaurant was also poor and need to improve as per the standard of KC is considered.

The location is good, easily accessible and good covered basement parking. Just went there for lunch, didn't check the rooms, everything was good food awesome. The management is really quite good and friendly. Would recommend this in future.

Had a really nice wedding experience at Ramada. Attended a 3 day wedding here.
The food was amazing, and the staff was super helpful!! Kudos to the management on that.

Might be difficult to locate on first visit as there's no banner or anything outside.
Sufficient parking space available.
The rooms were also good.
The only drawback i found was the view from the bedrooms. If you don't mind the view, then this is a great place to stay as it is in the heart of the city.
