Hotel Maa Vaishno Devi Katra

Ok type of hotel if you are looking for basic amenities like hot water n bedding but as this property is listed as 3 star property then many fancy amenities are missing like electronic safe, room heater and so on. few rooms are Trikuta parvat view is good thing. They provide only drop and not pickup  as mentioned.
cleanliness is again concerned as far as sofa and blanket is concerned rest room looks ok.

It was a quite good experience with this hotel . The location is perfect for a bus traveller as all the volvo buses arrive/departure from right behind the hotel.
Main market and ARM Mall is also very close to the location.

Good behavior
After using room parked car here and gone for yatra after coming back took car and left the place.
every service is good.
They have parking space but you need to submit you key so that they canange their space.
From front view balcony one can able to see Adhkuwari Temple also.
If request, then you can take rooms for hours basis also.

Hotel was at good location, room were big in size but the beds were not comfortable and it was also not that clean, there is continues smell was in the room..

Pathetic service
I have booked 5 double bed room for 2 night
, My guest went for Vaishnodevi Darshan for overnight, when they came back to the hotel on next morning, hotelier given that to someone else,
My customer has to wait for 3 hrs to get the room.
No breakfast on time,
No tea

No soap and towels in bathroom
They charged extra for tea

One of the worst hotel.

One of the worst stays I have so far. Rooms weren't tidy at all. Bathroom was pathetic.
I'd recommend to think twice before booking the stay here.

Hotel interior is excellent. Hill view from window.
Bed sofas in room are excellent.
Bathroom is not up to the mark.
Overall a good stay.
Location is at main road.
Car parking is available.
