Very royal service with staff going beyond the usual to oblige. Courteous and understanding. Rooms are spacious with wall paper and wooden floors. Food is ample at the buffets and delicious. However, the hotel still adheres to old standards of changing towels, sheets etc on a daily basis without giving guests staying over a day the option to use the same for the duration of a short stay, which bothered an environmentally conscious person like me. Centrally located but do not expect a view. And expect noise as groups favour this hotel. Wi fi is free but fickle. My room had no fridge or a c but there was a TV set and a self serve tea service. This hotel is very near by to the town where I got to enjoy the local delicacies and handicraft shopping. The hotel staffs are very helpful especially the room services are pretty fast and they are ever ready to help. The front desk customer services officers are also helpful and attentive to our request. A safe place to stay and the surroundings are very pleasing.The buffer dinner menu is also good and their breakfast is also very good.
