Hotel Trinetar Gardens & Banquets ( A Unit of Sudershan Hotels & Resorts)

Stayed here for a night and it was a very good place. Very well maintained and clean rooms. Good view from the room window. We reached a bit late in the night and we could order dinner ahead of reaching there. Chicken biryani was very good. We had to start early so we didn't have breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

The worst hospitality ever experienced. I reached hotel around 12.45 and They ask me to wait we only allow you to enter after 2PM. Its like you booked your room you paid advance for that and still they dont allow you to enter in your room. If you were traveling and find this hotel i wont recommend this to anyone because if you were tired already through traveling either you come to hotel at 2:00PM or you have to wait if you reach early or you have to pay extra 500Rs.. it better to go for radision or other best hotel because eventuallyin the end you have to pay same amount as there.. I paid extra 500 in compulsion to get my room beacuse i reached early. So i wont recommend anyone this hotel.

Worst hotel Worst hospitality. Receptionists were the cheapest persons I have ever seen in any hotel. They have Zero respect for women. If you have female company with you JUST DON'T GO, they can be very derogatory.

Rooms were not maintained. So much negative energy. Behaviour of receptionist was worst. You can get better options nearby in the similar price range. Visiting this hotel was a Bad Idea. 👎Not recommended.

Good Hotel at the price. Location is suitable for anyone working at Central University of Jammu, Samba.

I had premium executive room firstly they didn't have me that room . dispute.of asking them when the keys were handover . than they changed when I was not satisfied with the room.al the other things was very nice

( but a little costly),great ambience but located outside city.
