Hotel Mama Palace

It is a nice place to stay.. small cozy rooms with all the basic amenities to stay in mountains. Be it room heater, or electric blankets. The food quality was very good... Served hot food... Though they have limited options but whatever they prepare... It's v good.

It is a very good hotel with good view. Staffs are polite and treat you very warmly. Rooms were spacious, we had booked a family suite which was quite good. Washroom was also good and there service was very good. Food quality was awesome. Rooms were equipped with heaters and electric kettle which was an additional benefit.

Service staff like basirbhaijan as well younus bhaijan.. is also fantastic..

Breakfast and dinner is fantastic..

I suggest to all who will come gulmarg then visit this hotel atleast one better than other..

Very small rooms and gloomy atmosphere..No proper room service.Had to call so many times for a water bottle and recieved after 2 hrs.The bathroom was so big unnecessarily and ventilation was not sealed properly due to which cold air peeped in.The food was delicious and the person handling the buffet area was nice!

The hotel is very warm and cozy. Even in -3 degrees it was kept very warm inside. The staffs were very welcoming and polite. Food served was homely. Bashir bhai and yunus bhai were helping and prompt. Would like to visit them again if in gulmarg.

The location is near the gondola ride point. The best thing I found about this hotel is the central heating & the rooms are sealed in such a way that you wouldn't feel cool inside the room.

All the staff will communicate with a smiling face & in professional manner & restaurant is good too. They serve different varieties of food items in the morning & night.

I want to give 10 star but google gives option of 5 rating..
Hotel's Stay and food was awesome, will recommend this hotel its near to Gandola.
I want to tell you one story..
My phone was left in one taxi and I have no idea about taxi number and driver number, Mama palace's staff(Younous and Chef) helps us to find my phone and they check the camera and viral my message in all taxi union group and in 2 hours i got my phone 😍

Very cute and there balcony view room is amazing🫶.There food is also very good as well as their service and location.
Don’t go for any option just book it.
