Kasauli View lodge is perfectly located at the heart of Kumarhatti. It's a new hotel. The rooms are not that big. But it's neat, clean and tidy. The view around the hotel is a treat. But the hotel is understaffed. Only one caretaker like person is there for your needs. Facility in the room is not upto the mark. No safe locker is there. No glass, complimentary tea coffee is there. The tv connection is also very bad. The saving grace is even if it rains, uninterrupted power supply is there. Hot water is also available all the time. And the price is not that high. There are lots n lots of room for improvement.

This lodge is near Kumarhatti bus stop that offers a incredible view. The owner of this lodge is well mannered and gave us suggestions for the places to visit. The rooms were clean and the balcony offered a lot of fresh and cold air with a peaceful and happy view. We ordered food from the lodge and it took much time. Blankets were provided and there was a geyser too in the washroom. The rooms were small but then it was sufficient for 2 person to accommodate in the room. The shops are nearby to get items necessary. Overall, a great experience without any discomfort. A recommended place to stay whenever you want to stay at distance from the main Kasauli. This lodge is not registered with OYO. I suggest you to check with the lodge to confirm once.

The Property is very good. The Owner and staff is very warm and Friendly. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The view from the rooms are awesome. The place is must view if u want to spend the weekends with friends and family. The property is very near NH22 Shimal Shimal Chandigarh highway.

of all the worst places, this place tops down the drain, management is most corrupt and greedy. my father had booked at this corrupt place for particular amount in 10 days advance of our journey, the owner was called up 3 days, 2days and 1 day in advance, when we reached there the owner declined the amount on which we agreed and said- pay up extra or leave my place, my sr. citizen parents and me then and there had to leave and book another place. the owner has done this twice, once with oyo booking, where he outrightly declined my oyo booking and then settled on a particular amount. the place is a cheat, people with families are not recommended, the management blackmails and extort money tourists in garb of booking amount. I want to request to the government authorities to cancel the premises license, of this cheating and corrupt place.
