This is a decent budget hotel near mall road but it is situated between the cart road and mall road so either one has to take the lift and come down about 40-50 stairs or carry luggage all the way up from lower road. Food is okay and lodging is reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and room service is satisfactory.

The rooms were cozy...Their services were too good. Food quality is very delightful..but you will get only veg food over there. Though the hotel is quite problematic to reach. Overall this is a nice place to spend vacations.

Hotel is located in mall road.u have to go by lift to mall road and again go 60-70 steps downward to reach the hotel.or u have to climb 150-200 steps to reach the hotel. Room was small sized as compared to the mentioned size in Super Delux Category.Proper cleanliness not maintained. Service provided was very good.Food was also very good.Cleanliness needs to be improved.

it was a nice stay. hotel is at fantastic location very near to mall road and ridge. one can easily reach there by walking. cool views of the entire city from the window/balcony. staff behavior was extremely good and supportive also food served was extremely Good and tasty.

Fantastic location, in close proximity with mall road, easy to reach..... cleanliness and freshness was awesome. worth every penny. tastey food served ... No hindrance,, warm melcome.... cool view specially in the night from the window of the entire city was awesome.

we went on our honeymoon and this was our first check in. we dont have photos because we stayed for 2 nights only as most of the time from morning to late evening we went on trips. It can be accessible by the lift and also its is located very near to mall road.Lakhar bazar and lower bazar can be accessible till late at night due its location. location wise its great, behavior of staf is ok, food we cant say as we didn't tried.

Nice economical hotel to stay. Nice rooms, king size beds, cleanliness and hygiene well maintained.
Warm hearted staff, awesome tea they prepare.

Room was not clean well wall is dirty. Washroom tub mug was very dirty. Food was very poor steal food. Fried rice is bad smell chilly paneer poor only onion.. room door damage.wall is derty. I'm very disappointed 🤣☹️
