The food was pathetic, We even didn't had breakfast which was included in package due to quality if food We got in dinner. They didn't gave the Bill to us. Rooms are old and not maintained. It is better to opt any other option in Shimla. The property is good but not as good are mentioned in reviews. It is a 3 star property with 2 start facilities.

Liked the stay very much. Rooms are clean, big. Service is excellent. Food awesome!!! We as organization has one-day workshop at venue. On very short notice they make all the arrangements asked by us.

I visited this place with a group of 50 students.. I found this place very welcoming. The quality of food and their standards of cleanliness is great. They have huge clean rooms and a high degree of hygiene is maintained by them. These people are thorough professionals. I strongly recommend this place for school picnics, and other related activities

Must say that the service in this resort is very good. Staff and management are very good and cooprative. Garden is v nice. Food is also good

Rooms were dirty, walls were having seepage marks, beds where shakky and sheets/linen werent cleaned or even washed, this is after 2 room switches. Though the property is 2 KM from mall road but it appears very seclude and remote. Food was pathetic; we ordered pizza and burger hoping least chances of mess up with them, but agast couldnt bear a bite of it and left it all. Though I would appreciate the property owner who agreed to process our 2nd night refund but the cleanliness and hygiene issues at property spoiled the complete experience.

One of the best places in SHIMLA to stay with family, cooperative staff and room service good nature view and way to mall road. I enjoyed working from the Himalayas. Neat and clean rooms. Super Deluxe rooms available with all necessary items hot water with tea, coffee and sugar available. Night Lamps with a bed switch, window with Nature beauty view and LCD for kids available. Ample space for clothes, shoes and storage all necessary items. Bathroom accessories provided by the hotel are neat and clean towels. Dental kit, shaving kit and soap. Hot and cold water. Tap with shower and all required items.
