my partner had already booked the hotel and i arrived late at midnight, hotel closes gates at 10 but they allowed me to enter, the person in charge was a gentleman who welcomed me nicely. the property is old but still rooms are cozy and with beautiful location with a big balcony. loved the sight. staff is helpful and there service is satisfying. there were just few cons about the hotel but overall it was a nice experience.

Absolutely terrible staff. Worst hotel experience in India. We agreed on a price and just when I finish unpacking, they changed their mind and said that magically, all the rooms got booked!

If travelling to Himachal and need to crash between flights - this hotel is worth the spend. The lavish breakfast spread and options are tasty, have multiple cuisine options and are served with the best in-class service that I have experienced.

Love the hotel and staff. Have been coming here since they opened and feels like our own home in Himachal. My kids have grown up here during our many trips to India. Kids still talk about the breakfast buffet. they has been taking care of us over the years. He has an amazing team that supports him. The lounge staff is exceptional and we have been meeting them during our trips and they have become a friend

Everything was fine. Had a great stay at the guest house. What I would have wished for was a variety of breakfast with fruits for example, as I don't really like eggs and toast. But the rest was perfect.

I like this hotel most because this is really quite a nice place to stay. Service is good, Lift available and rooms are clean and comfortable. Meal prepared in a small kichen. Fresh, clean & hygienic home like food on order in advance, late time order not accepted. Good for family, safe with all basic amenities & Good environment.

Nice rooms with magnificent view,well ventilated plus point Is indoor car parking . I prefer to stay here with family whenever we go Manali .good stopover in mandi town .safe and cooperative staff.
