1 star is the maximum ican give and that is for the view from the room. It was a Worst stay at Royal residency hotel, khajjiar
1. No smooth electricity till morning check out, very difficult to use washrooms we could not even take bath. Alternate source generator was not working properly.
2. Rooms were not deep cleaned the pillow was burnt There was used cigarette lying on floor.
3. Tv was not working first it was black and whtie display then they changed dish tv box but till end could not watch tv. The hotel person visited our room several times but could not resolve anything.
4. Poor food taste.
5. Since it was very irritating stay we did not have any breakfast at the hotel though it was prepaid, we checked out early in the morning as we were not comfortable to stay there for more time.

Decent Size rooms. Location great in terms of view. Staff humble and cooperative. Food overall good but a limited menu for breakfast. You guys need to make your buffet more appealing. Washroom basic in comparison to room.Had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is well built with luxurious rooms but a bit far from Khajjiar site and there is a problem of frequent power cuts and they do not easily start backup. The service quality is average but the breakfast is good.

Not satisfactory.... Room interior is demaged, matress is not comfortable, privacy is not guaranteed, poor service. Please check rooms 1st before checkin. Overall not worthy.

The location of the Hotel is awesome. The food is delicious from soup to main course, chicken, baked goods, everything is fantabulous. Also, the service is good. And the hygiene and maintenance is done well of the rooms and washrooms. Blower is provided in winters.

Even though it's a covid-19 phase, which caused huge loss to most of us including the hotel, but they're serving the good food and services very quickly. The hotel staff is very helpful and had guided us really well. We've missed our bus because of some reason and it was the last bus for the day but the hotel staff helped us to cover the distance as far as it was possible by their own car. Their kind gesture and helping nature of them really made our visit smooth and nice. Thanks to Hotel staff. 😇👍🏻
