Raj Mahal Palace, Mandi

A very good property with nice ambiance. The rooms are good and spacious but needs some improvement. The washroom is not that much good. The food quality is little less as compared to the price. Hotel sitting area is very good and they have a very good open barbecue area. The staff is also good.

I had good experience at Raj Mahal Palace, Good food, good quality and good experience. And this ice-cream is very yummy. Must visit place in Mandi to have dinner with you family and friends.

Location wise this hotel is better. But the maintenance of the rooms and bathroom is very old .. Bedsheets of the rooms are not clean.. Food is ok but can't say very good.. This hotel needs better modernization now....

Had dinner at the restaurant. Worst possible service. Had to remind the waiters 3-4 times even for basic cutlery. Food was okay but had to wait forever for every item to come.

It's a very old, around 300yrs old heritage property, Rooms are Average, Service is ok, Food is Good.

The place have a history which is rich and commendable, however all.of it is folklore now. The place, atleast the bar is dissapointing to say the least. The service was slow, tables were untidy, washroom was filthy.

Three stars for the good food served, cottage cheese and papad.

Entry is tight and entry stairs are nit as per building guidelines. Although it is a heritage property still stairs can be renovated using local material.
