1. Hotel location is superb
2. The view you get from the window of the room is absolutely cool.
3. Hotel service are very good and in their all staff are very corporative
4. All waiters behaviour are very good
4. Under the room,washroom hygiene was being taken care of

The hotel is beautiful and the service is also good. The view from the rooms is fabulous The only downside is they do not have balconies in their rooms. They very precisely decorated hotel with beautiful wooden artworks.

Delicious in terms of foooooooood.
Though its fast foood which you can enjoy at the terrace with a beautiful view, or its main course which is served in a space with large windows and wooden interiors.
Everything is just as good there.

It was a nice and comfy stay at the hotel. All the necessities are well taken care of. The staffs were extremely hospitable and cooperative.
Beautifully decorated rooms along with an amazing view of the forest, Himalayan mountains and the scenic beauty of the town .
Clean bathroom with 24- hours available warm water.
Multi cuisine food available and the quality is really good.
Food is served at your room without any extra charges.
Located at the center of the city and well connected with Mall Road and Ridge. The hotel has some extremely beautiful wooden work done especially in the restaurant and bar area.
The only problem is it doesn't have a lift as of now but it is under construction and will hopefully start operating soon .

The hotel is just fabulous no words can explain . The food was sooo tasty one word delicious. The hotel has its own parking that was best . The ambience, the interior everything perfect. Will visit this hotel everytime we visit Shimla .

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Worth spending money here. The view from the hotel was amazing. It felt like you are hanging from a cliff. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The room service was on piont.

Visited their restaurant, the food was extremely below standard and yet expensive. The paneer tikka sandwich was paneer capsicum sabzi stuffed in bread. No effort put on sauces or salads, just served plain ketchup. I wrote a feedback, it's been more than a month, they don't seem to care much.
Only the location and ambience is good.

Hotel is Superb. Food Is also Tasty. staff is very helpful & cooperative.
