the hotel staff was pathetic, they used to turn off electricity after midnight, at temperatures sub-zero with 2 small kids aged 1.5 years and 2.5 years how difficult it is to sleep in a chilly climate. the food was ordered at 9:07 PM and didn't get my dinner till 11:30 PM, at 11 they started preparing the food.I called up the owner as the hotel staff was not listening and even their intercom was not working. the television was out of recharge that too I had to recharge for them after waiting 2-3 hours delay from them finally they asked me to do so. my stay was till 22nd March but I checked out on 20th March after asking the staff to correctly change their behavior else I will leave, they said that's your wish and I left the next morning after the day I checked in.

We had a great time here. Location of this hotel is superb. Situated near hptdc, this one has amazing views of Kinnaur Kailash.

Rooms are very clean and tidy. Very bright and airy too. Bathrooms are clean. We were in a triple sharing room which was quite spacious and had windows on the 2 sides making it all the more beautiful.

You can soak in the beauty of the mountains just sitting in the room. There is a balcony as well.

Food was good too. Hospitality is nice. Decently priced. Definitely recommended

We visited in June. It was certainly chilly. We thought we’re booking a four star hotel but to our surprise, it wasn’t even a 3 star as per facilities. The room was on the fourth floor and there ain’t a lift in this property. There are no phones in the room. No wifi in the room. No channels on the tv. We had to climb down the stairs each time we needed something.
The staff was confused perhaps, because we asked them to reheat our food, which they threw because they ‘assumed’ the same! There are definitely better properties in this tariff (₹4500) and it definitely wasn’t worth the money.

Very good hotel with big rooms. Balcony with every room. Bathroom is quiet big and very clean. You can see Kinnaur Kailash range lying on bed. Staffs are very helpful and responsive. The hotel is surrounded by apple orchards. Good to visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kalpa and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful area surrounded by mountains, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who made sure that my check-in process was smooth and seamless. The room I was given was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I was able to get a great night's sleep each night.

One of the highlights of my stay at Hotel Kalpa was the delicious food. The hotel has a restaurant that serves a variety of local and international dishes. The food was fresh and beautifully presented, and the staff were very attentive and accommodating to my needs. I also had the opportunity to try the hotel's traditional Himachali cuisine, which was absolutely delicious.

Another great thing about the hotel is its location. It is situated in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains, making it the perfect place to take a walk or a hike. The hotel also offers a variety of activities for guests, including yoga and meditation classes, which I took advantage of during my stay.

Overall, I had an incredible experience at Hotel Kalpa. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Mukesh Bhai, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
