Hotel Mini Swiss Khajjiar

Excellent location. We booked 2 rooms from 16.04.22. The food quality is very good. The staff is always ready to help. We are thank ful to Mr. Chauhan for his courtesy and timely help. Definitely, we would like to visit again and would also recommend others to visit this hotel..

Mini Swiss is nice hotel. Service is quite good. View from room also nice. But we faced a very unpleasant situation at night. We went there last week, not many tourists were there , and in the hotel only one more family stayed. At the night,from around 10 pm we got high volume tv sound from the lobby and many people voice. After that , those sound of other people rising so high. We saw 4 people are there in the corner of our room, they were really shouting, open their door, doing so much noise !! Khajjiar is very quiet place,one can imagine in that situation those noise create a very disturbing situation. Hence we tried to call reception two three times,no body pick up the call. We were filled not good, because two of us only there who have family. At least they did same shouting, over noise until 1:30 am . You can understand the situation. No one came from hotel management. That was really very bad experience. And i must say I never faced this before. Please quite sure how much boarders they really have in hotel or go there with a big group.

Clean good hotel, food was also very nice and homely. The staff was very courteous and great.
Recommend this place (not for the luxurious )

It was a family trip, we have checked in on 13th of June and Checked out on 15th of June. Hotel view is too good but staff behaviour is not good, they worked over there as a task no interest to serve you better, no generosity at all, they charged for every small thing like - baby milk, I believe most of the hotel is not charging for that.

Food is tasteless except Chinese.

I suggest it's better to stay in Dalhousie instead of Khajjiar.

Just 10 mins walking distance from main attraction of khajjiar, mini switz ground. Nics hotel. Rooms are OK and going by looks , hotel looks more like a well maintained government guest house. Fantastic view from hotel. Great for photography. Recommended for tasty food and proximity to khajjiar tourist hotspot.

DO NOT STAY - Dangerous - Not Safe, Abusive Staff and No Power back up in Night.

Stayed there from 15 May - 17 May 2022 - Very Bad and Horrible experience.

1. Dangerous to stay as it's in Jungle with no street lights and no staff to attend during night in case of Emergency and Telephone lines don't work during night.

2. No Power back up - During night there is no power back up. We faced very horrifying experience as there was no power back up in hotel and no one was available during night to attend and complete Black out in middle of jungle.

3. Abusive Manager and Staff - Manager was very abusive when we complain about no power back up and safety issues and started yelling and keep saying we don't provide power back up during night and Staff will also not available.

Rooms were good and price was very genuine.
Food was also good.
View is very good, but it very much depends which room you select.

Hotel was good. Cleanliness was also good. Breakfast and dinner was awesome. Bedsheet was medium. View location is awesome. For photography it's best location. For wearing hot cloths are limited. Wifi speed was bad even one message or one photos are not send in hotel wifi.
