Don't go with the name of this hotel, it is mere a normal hotel with over priced room tariffs. Location of this hotel is 2 KM away from Khajjiar ground.
The cleanliness of the room was fine but we got some issues:
- Phone wasn't working, so everytime we have had to call staff, someone had to go downstairs and ask the staff. - In washroom pot and washbasin was leaking. Asked the staff but they couldn't help. - They are understaffed, we got very slow service.
Bottom line, this hotel is not worth spending 3000-4000 bucks. If you are getting any deal below 2000 per night then its OKAY.

Experience was good but in any of the room of this hotel no intercom facility was not available this was the only concern rest the things were fine enough. Hotel is suitable for families. The location of the hotel is good. All in all it was a good experience.

Hotel is 2 km far from khajjiar. Property is good and well maintained and the view from hotel is awesome. Hotel staff is friendly food is also good. The only problem we face is they took quite long time in preparing food. All other things are good.

The location of the hotel is lovely. You can have a view of the majestic snow covered Himalayas from the balcony . However the service of the hotel is pathetic,rather the worst I have had till date. The landline didn't work,the room attendants gave their personal number to call for ordering food and for service.however when I called them for service they wont come . Won't suggest it to anyone.

Had worst experience, not wort of one star. If you are with family and kids don’t even think of staying there. I booked in through agent, and I was told that property is worth of three star. After checkin I discovered that entire hotel was given to group of bachelors who were there for cocktail and hukka party, entire floor and lift had bad smoky smell plus I felt unsafe when I saw people were dancing under the influence of alcohol at common place. I decided to move into their other property as I had no choice. Very horrible experience there… room quality was bad, bathroom was dirty, felt very unsafe.

Reception team has very dirty behavior. Room is very dirty,The food was very messy as there is 300 per room according to the service habs.
