Broadway Grand (THE HM HOTELS AND RESORTS)

Stayed here for two nights, food was good.. staff was helpful too.. but room wise they would need to improve on bed quality and towels.. it would be great if hotels at cold places have electric kettles..

Really nice hotel. Especially the staffs are very respectful and helpful. Also the view from the room is amazing. Just go for it 😊👍

Nice dinner ...but at the time of check out at 6.30 am... restaurant straight away refused to give tea...this is poor service.. these little things do matter

I just want to know why I paid all of my money without any good service.

Worst experience ever in my life. Staff very rude, they don't know how to treat and how to speak with customer Especially one of the receptionist she used wrong statement. Non hygienic bed, Bedsheet and towel.Noisein the room. Totally wrong choice.

Rooms were pretty small and not well maintained. The beds were in poor condition ( ***not a kids friendly hotel**, as kids can easily get hurt because of their poor maintenance level), service staffs were not at all helpful , the food was just okay nothing extraordinary. The towels looked unwashed. Overall it didn’t look anything as shown in the google photos . Think twice before you book this hotel .

2. Pathetic rooms. Untidy towels and bedsheets
3. Staff very unprofessional . If you try to complaint them regarding any thing they have a ready made answer .
4. Unfortunately they don't provide food to the drivers unlike any other hotels and even hesitant to give them blankets in minus degree temperature. Hotel staff have least courtesy towards tourist .
5. As we checked in and booked view rooms. They initially denied that no rooms are available . But then upon arguing with them . Suddenly they came up saying one view room is available .
6. When ever requested for room service for either coffee or tea. One reason comes from the staff that kitchen is busy .no staff to prepare tea or coffee.

In the end i would say this hotel is a tourist scam for people especially coming all the way from south India places including Tamil Nadu , Kerala, Karnataka and Hyderabad ,as we encountered most of the tourist from here. All were very annoyed with the staff and the service

Food is good but hotel service is very bad/ worst there is no words to tell it was bad if we use bad or worst this words also fells and washroom is quite small hotel management is also not good we need to take too much push to get things done
