Front Desk, Hospitality, Room Service, Entertainment Event, Food, everything was at its best. Special mention to the chef, who was very interactive and considered all our requests as well.
The View from the rooms are just splendid and worth a revisit.
Only suggestion is that if there could be a heated swimming pool instead of the normal one, then it would have been a cherry on the cake.

Food and service is good but front office flaws are there as well. Points to be noted here under: 1) GPS tracking for hotel is big big blunder. I have to commute 15 km etc due to this. So mark exact pin pointing at Google. 2) No call received for booking confirmation and location to guide. 3) My wife purse left out at tym of checkout at reception but strange thing happens no one can call us for the same and put it under reception table. Atleast courtesy call can be done. when we know about purse after an hour for making payment, we again travel 30km for the same for claim it on hotel reception. Appreciation and kind words will definitely share, if prompt action taken from ur side, but who cares. 4) Gel for hand wash and for bathing/Shampoo is same... again who bothers 5) Food preperation is excellent and service is also very good ...

Property is excellent.Hospitality of staff is very good here i would like to mention name Naresh/Indra form front desk they took care very well , in room service Rahul is very good.For food Anil chef made us feel homely and served us good cuisine and especially prepared Himachal local food on our request which was very good. I thank whole team who had never let is feel alone and evening activities in hotel was very fun with live singing. I personally recommend this property for good and tension free vacation. Good n energetic staff food is awesome tension free vacation

Such a beautiful scenic surrounding with beautiful and we'll maintained rooms. We were welcomed with a hot ginger tea. So polite, attendive and friendly staff. The food was yummy with lot of options. Also beautiful live music during dinner time in the restaurant. Looking forward to stay again. Thank you. Highly recommended

Pros - new property, new & courteous staff enabled a comfortable stay. Food was good and big portion size.
Cons - location. Hotel is 3km away on outskirts of city and Google doesn't show correct route so call reception for route guidance. The road condition of that 3km stretch is not good, it's narrow and no lighting at all. Be careful if you are driving there after sunset. Hotel is somewhat overpriced.

We had a pleasant stay Staff was very cooperative Special appreciation for Mr Arvind to be kind enough to offer hot lemon water as I was completely dehydrated because of vomiting . Good food , nice and comfortable rooms. Service is great Baby food also was provided perfectly Thanks to chef Anil . One disappointing point was that the temperature control wasn’t working . This was the distinguishing feature why we booked Fortune Park Dalhousie . And this couldn’t be done . Staff should mention on site prior and not give false promises of getting it repaired soon .. also day 1 there were no balls to play table tennis Day 2 no stick to play pool . On asking reception they said it’s chargeable . Such basic play amenities should be provided . overall amazing stay .

It was an unplanned journey to Dalhousie with mine and friends' family. FORTUNE PARK DALHOUSIE has made this journey a most memorable and cherished one. Beautiful property and amazing hospitality is the way one can highlight it.
Stayed for two nights and every day was making us fall in love with this hotel and its hospitality. Buffet variety and quality of food is noteworthy. Service standards and pleasant attitude of staff brings in delight.
Rooms sizes one of the best any hotel on hills can Boast off. I had the privilege of Meeting with owner Mr. Dhall who himself was involved so passionately to maintain and look after service standards and guest delight.
Only miss was the temperature maintained swimming pool which we missed probably in my next trip I would definitely have a dip.
Fortune Grace Dalhousie has set a benchmark for me for my next trips anywhere.
Kudos Team Fortune and Management team for such an experience.

Best place to enjoy great food with stunning view. Food was delicious and great. Please add more items to your menu. Staff is very well behaved and at great service. Looking forward to come again and again.
