We stayed at this property for 7 nights. a well-maintained property is being looked after by a team of highly motivated and well-trained staff. The buffet breakfast was good. The coordination between staff for giving guests the best hospitality experience is commendable.

Hotel is value for money. Hotel rooms were so clean and advanced features. I forgot my laptop at hotel. Hotel manager(Naresh Nagpal) and staffs helped me with delivery service’s availability for my laptop pickup. They have excellent behaviour for the guests staying at hotel.

It was really an awesome experience staying here. Stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved every single bit of it. Right from room service to the dining experience to the overall service, everything was highly satisfactory. The staff was welcoming at all times, you could feel the good vibes at all times. We had a 4 day stay here. It was a leisure trip with family. Clean bedrooms and washrooms. Great service. Staff is dedicated and helpful. The manager is really hard working. Food is great. Location is nearest to Mall road so it was very convenient to do shopping. Really recommend for a cozy and lovely stay. They also welcome you with a delicious homemade apple juice.

Location is close to mall road. View is good, but there's no balcony. Room size is small to medium. They donot have parking, have to pay Rs 400 per day for parking nearby. They didn't have room heater, when asked for the same they told that they ll charge Rs 300 extra per day. Food is average.

Being a frequent traveller i had no doubts in my mind that it will be a nice stay but then how relaxed and rejuvenated i felt after staying here was what I didn’t expect. The calmness, the wonderful greenery and of course the amazing food. Staff was polite and helpful specially Naresh nagpal (manager) .

Worst experience ever.
The room was very small, the walls and the floor was dirty with muddy footprints. There was no heater or hot water kettle in the room. When asked for hot water, they always brought normal water only and there was no response even after multiple complaints. The behaviour of the staff was very rude, and food taste was also bad. The toiletries was used. The bed quality was also very bad. There was no bed only, but a big sponge was used in place of the bed.

NEVER EVER STEP INTO THIS HOTEL.
01. We requested a room that is suitable for 3 people. And we have requested for an extra bed couple of days earlier. However, they haven’t set it up when we arrived.After we arrived also we reminded them couple of times about this. But they set up the extra bed few hours after our arrival.
02. Room heater was not working and we called the reception more than 10 times to fix it. Every time someone comes and checks the heater and asks us to wait another 10 mins and see if it works. But the heater was not working at all. After so many complaints they haven’t done anything. We inquired about this again and they gave us a another room. This room was much smaller and tiny. Instead of upgrading the room, they have degraded the room.
03. The heater they provided us didn’t work after sometime and they provided a blower as a replacement to this.
04. Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear anything and everything happens in the next room and the hallway. So no privacy at all.
05. They don’t have parking spaces or even a space to stop the car.
06. Staff isn’t that cooperative compared to other hotels.
07. Food is not up to the standards, compared to other hotels.
