Hotel Chandan

*WORST EXPERIENCE WITH HOTEL CHANDAN* we booked hotel for two nights but we finished our trip with in 12 hours. We booked hotel in .... They showed us deluxe room and free parking but they gave us store room type small room where the bedsheet was dirty they provide us one quilt that was also stinking badly, no towel no soap no shampoo nothing was there. A very small Table TV was there. No phone facility was in room. we ordered dinner at 10:30 after waiting for half an hour we again asked about food they said we didn't get any order from your side. Then again I ordered. We asked for electric kettle for hotel one person said ,"Hanji mil jayegi Nd the second person said , "Hamare hotel mein toh hai hi Nahi" They gave lukewarm water to drink in plastic jug. They charged 800/- for parking for 24 he. We request them for electric kettle as it was chilled weather there but they don't bother. We were depressed with there behaviour so next morning we plan to finished our trip Nd when we came at reception for check out they started there melodrama that we are extremely sorry we will shift Ur room Nd bla bla...but we were so depressed Nd hurted we refused. They sent a person to drop our luggage to the *So called free parking for they charged 800* that person asked for 150/- as tip.

Wastage of money, poor ambience, very cheap class room service. No water supply. So they take full payment in advance after that they ignore customer.bed sheets are very dirty. Broken cupboard. Its my very very honest advice to all don't go or book this hotel . choice is yours but after that if you book this hotel seriously u will remember my advice 😃😃😃😃😃 because after payment u can't do nothing

worst experience of this hotel.attitude beahavior of reception boy mr sumit non coprative person.this boy down property value.i will suggest of all tourister never go to this hotel.many irritating and dispointed reasons.i am totaly dispointed. never go to this hotel.poor poor poor poor poor

Very poor hospitality and services. Manager of the hotel used to sleep till 08 am and you can not find a cup of tea prior to this.
It is my first experience with this kind of least professional manager.
Their are many good hotels in shimla with affordable price. I suggest not to visit here.

Best staff !! Must go front facing view are breathtaking peaceful environment

This is located at mall road first of all..The rooms are very clean and nice with great view..staff are very co-operative and nice..and their service is also excellent❤️worth the stay
