Good hotel location wise also safe. Rooms were good service was also very good The staff was very polite. Only one problem there are no geyser instead you have to call the reception to open boiler and provide hot water but it will not be a problem. You can stay here.

The property is good with decent rooms. The f&b service guys to name Surender & Dev were really helpful. They did cross the miles to keep you happy. The HK team was upto the mark stayed here for a week and the cleanliness was maintained. All thanks to Rajeev.

I stayed in this hotel with my family, room is ok but staffs are very kind to serve customers. I went to New Delhi for a meeting and booked this hotel, I wanted to go to my meeting place by 7.30 am so I got up from bed by 3.30 am and asked for hot water to take bath, one guy came to my room and explained in hindi ( i know little hindi) and I understood that they will switch on the heater after 5.30 am then I requested him to switch on the heater at 4.30 am, then he switched on the heater by 4.30 am and informed me which is really awesome work. Restaurant staffs are very kind and good to serve customers, we enjoyed the food especially tawa roti, paratha and chicken curry. Chicken curry was tasty and it made me to re-order that item. Restaurant team Surendra khatr, Dev, Mahesh Chand and Rajinish have served us food with smile always even when I asked for single tawa roti. They prepared healthy food and didn't find any digestion or health issues.

First time staying at Justa properties. Amazing hospitality specially from Manoj. Excellent service from Manoj and the entire housekeeping team. Cozy rooms with all modern amenities. Good breakfast spread. Overall a pleasant stay. Recommended.

In case of an emergency you can stay here otherwise please check for other nearby properties. The building is very old. Needs renovation.
I booked a suite room. I was informed that the bathtub and jacuzzi are separate in the suite room, which was false information.
The only plus point is location, it's next to Guru dronacharya metro station.

More like a guest house than hotel. Not visible prominently.... Rooms are maintained neat and clean... But many places in wash room and others are broken... Needs maintenance...

Only If they allowed me to rate the staff 10/10. But I'm restricted to only 5. The place was good, the rooms were spacious. The staff was courteous and as decent as possible. Absolutely loved it. Totally recommended! The breakfast was limited, but I can't complain.

Justa is a very good for staying. Calm and comfortable. Reception staff upgraded my room with swit room . Rooms are very comfortable and all facilities are available. All the staff at reception, kitchen are very cooperative and helpful specially Ms Sonam. Likely to stay with you again. Thanks
