OYO Hotel Redstone

Had stayed here for 6 days. The room was neat and clean, the bed was good, AC was very good, TV was working even though some remote battery was missing, i could manage it with AC remote battery. Chilled water was available which we have to ask the staff on site. Food was not available, i have managed it through swiggy, zomato. Staff have less responsibility for cleaning the rooms. I had to go and tell them to clean the room. Toilet was not very clean. Laundry is also not available, you have to wash it yourselves and drop at the top pf the building to dry.

Pathetic experience ever!! On reaching hotel there was no water supply & we were told to wait for 2hrs or so for the water supply. Also menu prices are way too high. The washroom was smelling very badly. Room was very small. TV had only 2 channels working. Ignorant & casual staff. Worst Oyo experience!!

Worst - waste of money- room full of mosquito - all the night there were noise outside the room by group of people enjoing some personel activity. I ll say to decent people plz do not book this hotel. Specially if u r with family. I hope u understand.

Room AC was not having remote. AC was running at default Temp 16C. Whole night we could not sleep due to switching on and off of AC to adjust room temp. Tried changing room but same thing remote not working in the second room also.
Second night: power current was not there. We were suffocating due to no window in room and Ac not switched on due to no power. When asked reception at 11:15 pm we were told to wait till current comes back. I asked why DG IS not switched on. I was told that we need to wait for power current to come back. On Raising my voice then they agreed to swtich on the Generator. I had check out at 4 am but couldn't sleep for second night also

my friends been there to celebrate birthday . At the time of checking out they were asked to pay 1200 rs. When he asked about 1200 rs oyo staff said there were some flower stains on bed sheet. And the staff misbehaved with him as well. One of the staff said they will come to his home if he did not pay money at that time . Its a shame that Oyo hire such staff . I would have given 0 star but it's google whose marking points starts from 1 .

Pathetic service and hotel you would ever visit in your life. Never ever checkin until its the only option for you. No hygiene, no cleanliness. Greedy receptionist. Basic need of water for flushing wasn't fulfilled.

Staff wake up late in morning. We have to ask them for making tea . No proper laundry service. Food rates are very high compair to hotel service only 1 room key so u have to give ur key to reception if u want to clean ur room.
