The hotel is a 3 star trying to be 5 star. The staff are eager and very cooperative. But, are limited by their training, experience and guidance from supervisors. The hotel has all the resources and staff to make it a superlative Place. What the management needs to do is hire a motivated and driven managerial staff (may cost a little extra to management). He would be able to turn the experience around with the same staff and infra.

Super value for money spent. With great ambiance Par Excellent hospitality Awesome authentic cuisine with excellent chef Raju rolling out yummy Indian dishes. Very courteous staff , always serving with smiles irrespective of the time. A Very memorable stay of over two weeks and never felt away from home

Excellent property and very convenient to all activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic alll time charm.

My family and I recently stayed at the Hotel for our daughter’s wedding and we had an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, which had some delicious food. The wedding itself was made even more special by the wonderful service we received from the hotel. We would highly recommend the Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay and have a great time.

Recently hosted a wedding ceremony along with very comfortable stay, for all guests for 3 days at this marvelous property located on highway itself, making it too convenient. Round the clock support and variety of good food options should also be appreciated. Special thanks to Mr Ravi and Mr. Prince and all the cooperative staff there.

Room are very good interior decoration, management everything are well maintained and well heygenic and the overall all staffs are very cooperative and understanding specially a front office staffs mr.param and mr.vikash .... I'm really enjoy my stay it was a very memorable
