The design of the room is good. Infrastructure was nice.
Bedding is soft had a sound sleep.
Breakfast options of varieties make you so excited that you get into dilemma what all to eat.
However I loved the breakfast for what all I eat. The water sound at the sooths you so very well.
The table center with Rose in a water bowl gives you so peace. Overall I loved the stay and food. Location is so good, its very near by to River Front main attraction of Ahmedabad for me.

Very poor. We booked terrace and few rooms online and we were in direct touch with sales team. All about extra guest was informed to team. We got a call at 5 in the morning that we will be charged for extra guest. When I went to reception someone was talking as if they don't work in hospitality industry instead at some construction site. Very bad behaviour of staff and could see proper miscommunication among teams. Avoid this place.

It does NOT feel like a four start hotel. Feels like a good 2 star or at best any average three star hotel. Not at all worth the high price being charged. The room was very congested. The double bed had two small mattresses placed besides each other, causing a depression in middle of the bed which was uncomfortable. Power outlets were very lose. Bathroom was too small.

The reason why I gave 2 star is because the room service was pathetic. I stayed there for 3 days and had ordered lunch on the 1st day (the food was awesome) and to clear the plates from the room they took almost 30 hours (can refer the image posted). Even after repeatedly calling them and requesting at the reception, no one came to clear the plates. Even the housekeeping guy just cleaned the room and went off (we did ask him to clear the plates, but he was least bothered). Though I’m not sure what cleaning he did, I was able to find dust and hair behind the sofa. Finally, the plates were taken off when I ordered the dinner the next day. Not sure what policy they follow but what I could make out is that if one orders food then only, they will be cleaning the previously ordered plates and that’s what happened, for the 2nd order that I placed the plates were there till we did our check-out.

So, I would rate my overall stay experience at SilverCloud to be below average. They do have pretty rooms, but service isn’t up to the mark as they are a 4-star hotel. I’m someone who prefers room to be clean, so this was a huge turn off. This is my personal opinion; readers can book their stay at SilverCloud based on their preference.

it was great pleasure to stay there. staff was very helpful and supportive. room was very nit and clean. food was awesome. overall staying was good. for 1 day stay I recommend geust to stay there and enjoy there hospitality.

This is superb place to stay location wise esp on a holiday, quiet surroundings. Sabarmati riverfront which is a fantastic riverside walk is just across the road. Food is ok, overpriced for the spread provided, spread is limited but neat and tasty. The whole place is very clean, comfortable, bed linen clean. Staff is good but not friendly esp reception staff, does their work but doesn’t go that little extra bit expected in a 4 star hotel eg: give help regarding site seeing, greeting with smile. Have to say Restaurant staff, security, cleaning staff are friendly. Overall will definitely suggest this place to stay. Value for money is reduced due to the food and hospitality.

Good place and good hospitality. Fast check-in and check-out. Rooms are nice and clean, friendly and responsible staff. There's buffet too, and room service if you want your food in the room. Overall it felt safe and nice to accommodate there. Parking space is also good, there's underground parking too, incase you don't wanna park outside

Hotel is located in front of mahatma gandhi ashram.A courteous staff.Our stay was very pleasant.
Food was very sumptuous and delight to the taste buds.
There are 2 banquet halls and dining area in hotel so u can do conference or function also.
Location is marvelous.💛🌼
