The Grand Regency

The location of Hotel is near to bus station of Rajkot. In terms of hospitality, it was good and parking facilities available under ground. Moreover, there are four floors building. Interestingly, we found lots of plants 🪴 on the the each floor and the place was hygienic. They have good lift facility and meals facility.

As per my perspective, it is good hotel for those who are coming this city for business purposes because they can easily find public transportation and consumer lesser time on it and reach every place on-time.

Hi.. i am regularly visiting this place since years, but this time the experience and expectation got zero from such a 3 star categorised hotel.

At the time 10:20 pm when the restaurant is functioning for dining time, the staff is making heavy preparations for next days breakfast. There is no staff for serving or you have to make requests to each staff 100 times to remind a simple thing like ice. They make so much noise while preparing the tables for next days breakfast that the current dining ambience is painfully irritating for a user.

You can see the pictures too that the restaurant is having ample guests but the staff is occupied in breakfast prep.

We do like the food served here and so we come here. But the service has turned very poor and so, we may choose to opt for better ambience and service based hotel in the city.

Don't go here if you wish for a good time at dinner.

This Hotel provide such an amazing environment as well as great opportunity for meeting new people, they provide facilities such as room, merrige season Hall and many more additionally on the third floor they conduct IELTS speaking Test.also food 🥘 quality also good

My experience was good. The food is delicious, service is excellent. Room size is also good in other same catagory hotel. Charges are reasonable in compare to others. Only thing is location is in the market area which is heavily traffic near by hotel is the only little bit negative point I can say.

Really good hote, near to Main Bus stop, hotel is very well maintained, food is really nice. Doosa is good taste as like real South Indian doosa. Faculty are very good.

Very Nice property but quite old furniture in rooms bathroom is also not so clean and continuous leaking all the time . Hotel is in centre of rajkot . As compare to price the rooms are not up to the mark view is negligible from the room . The menu of breakfast is the excellent the staff is so co operative and friendly . But the rooms need to be update as per the price range they are deducting and many hotels in the town are also at cheaper rate and more upto date .

Very good hotel for the price I paid. Reception service was welcoming. Room was tidy and cleaned everyday. Nice hot water throughout the day, location for me was very good. The only criticism I would have is that wi-fi was not very reliable. I am unable to comment on food as I did not try breakfast or dinner.

There are very few hotels in Rajkot who provides such a healthy food. The service is like homely. It is like I am having lunch on any relative's home and they are sweetly insisting to try all the dishes. I really love the commitment of the staff. The owner and manager themselves personally taking care of each guest. I would come again and again here. Thanks TGR...
