We stayed there for 3 days, we were welcomed by Dhol and a flower shower . Also the food and service was consistently excellent. Our host were amazing who took personal care of us. We also had a lovely tea in the nearby village on the riverside with a lovely sunset and the view of the Arravali hill. We also went for a lovely safari to see the tribal culture and terracotta horse army . It was a wonderful stay and would suggest to give a visit to this place and enjoy the peaceful environment.

Beautiful private palace. It is used heritage hotel. This palace is having huge gate, massive dome, numerous pillars and many monuments. This palace sis owned by the descendants of the Chalukyas, whose empire spread through much of Gujarat and Central India in the 12th century. Old Jain temples and Shiva temple near the fort.

Darbargadh Poshin is a Heritage Home set in the tribal lands of the Arravallis on the boarder of Gujarat and Rajasthan. We visited Darbargadh recently. I would like to describe it as an experience and not just stay. An experience of  hospitality of a family that ruled Poshina for eight generations before independence. Such a huge property with very limited guests, the owner of the property who are erstwhile royals personally taking care of guests and taking on excursion themselves, home made food, visit to tribal homes and so on. putting all together, it was an amazing experience.

Lovely, quaint, absolutely lovely hosts who personally take care of everything for guests - from meals to rooms to excursions, and Mr and Mrs Singh would even explain in detail the life style and mindset of the tribals around in their countryside.
The food served was extremely delicious and served with love by the tribal staff.
We loved being there and hope to visit again.
