Overall good hotels to stay with couple but no outside hangout place. No air ventilation Inside ground garden and it's really frustrated. Room are good but not well maintained. You can't go to Gym, cinema and pool at any time.. time is is really weird(gym is starting at 11 am. And you can't watch movie at night ...seriously dude 😪).

Size is good, amenities in the society of Belliza is good. But: No jacuzzi working - you can't even complain as no one answers. Extra beds, timely toiletries, tv recharge, water all you need to constantly call them and even after that it might not come. So don't expect any good service. Just you get good size 2-bhk with broken doors and cupboards.

We booked 10 Appts / Rooms for the group. While it was reported that all basic facilities and amenities will be offered and available we experienced the following: 1. Rooms and especially Washrooms were not at all maintained and not worth.. 2. Amenities like Gym, Jacuzzi, theatre, indoor games were just on paper.. either they were closed / not operative and if opened the instruments were not in working condition… 3. It a huge huge property of about 13 storey building but Lifts too appeared not appropriately maintained.. they were not operating smoothly… 4. Common sitting area near restaurant is a good place…. But too small considering the total occupancy.. 5. The hosts were cooperative but could do little to offer working amenities..
All in all not worth staying for more than a couple of days… better to look for other options…

Wifi password not provided by the person handing over the key, hence struggled for network as both Vodafone and Jio networks are poor. 3 TV's but all non functional. No desk for working on the laptop, no bar tools as in photos. Only one plastic chair which made is extremely uncomfortable to work with laptop on the kitchen platform. No housekeeping. 2.5L water provided for 2 pax for 2 days. No supermarket /grocery store near by. Cannot drink tap water. Crockery / Kettle in bad shape.
2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms hence good for large family/group, geyser only in 1 bathroom. Bathrooms not maintained well. Could not lock the apartment door from inside as internal latch was broken. Caretaker barged into the room on day 2 with another guest even though had booked and paid upfront for 2 days.
The building is neat, good security, restaurant is good, however all these are outside the apartment.

My stay here was delightful! Fast service, good restaurant, it has a gym, swimming pool and an indoor games room, which was closed when i visited it but i am sure it must be awesome. The flat was huge, clean and well maintained. The price of rooms (offseason) is way cheaper than expected! Highly recommend this home stay!

Perfect for a family. Super cool ambience and well maintained hygeine. The hospitality was overwhelming and the staff was friendly. Room comfort made my holiday a happy stay. My kids loved it.
