Worst stay ! The hotel is totally different than what is available in app ! 1) Cleanliness was substandard. We were provided with a dirty room without regular grooming. The trimmed hairs of previously stayed guest was spread over dressing table. Toilet and bathroom were also not cleaned. 2) Staff behavior: Staffs were totally careless and they don't even look fit for that Job. They were making loud noise even during late night and disturbed our sleep. Then we were forced to warn them . 3) Room: The room is provided with a single plastic chair. Moreover sufficient lighting was not there. I had booked for an additional bed. But the additional bed provided was something stinking and was very thin. Ni additional sheets were provided. The same bed which was used by previous guest was stuffed inside a cup board. It's not good ti keep over floor as it can't resist coldness of floor. 4) Water:
Ni hot water was available. We had to leave to Airport at 6am. We were unable to take bath due to non availability of warm water. 5) General: No lifts are available to reach hotel. Only advantage of the hotel is its location. Easy to find. But Parking is risky as no security is there to look after. We have to park the vehicle at public street.

The Good: - Budget friendly and in good location. Couple of good restaurants nearby. - Room interiors good though bit small. Not located in a crowded place, which is good. - AC is good. Room was comfortable - Front desk very helpful. They changed our rooms early, when we had issues with AC.
Improvement Areas: - No lift in the hotel. Hotel starts from 3rd floor onwards. Not suitable for elder citizens or if you are unable to climb. - But luggage is carried for you by the Front Desk/ Room boy - no issues here.

many amenities are nearby.staff is quick responsive.cleanliness is still they can improve like with bedsheets as the quality has reduced after so many repeated washings and still not washed properly and torn bedsheets.water for drinking is palatable.bathroom basic design but still few repairing are required.Overall Business Purpose, will do.Workplace in close proximity of the hotel.Food should be nearby.

The location of hotel is nice.. but everything except it is not worth it at all.. According to the prices they charge it is totally not worth it. No lift No service by them Rooms were tidy Water leakage in toilet Windows were totally dusty TV remote was not working Pathetic service Don't go infact there are many other hotels near by kindly check those.

The rooms are very nice, and good enough for 2 people. The room has AC and Tv with different types of lights. Everything is in good condition and clean. They don't provide food so no food service is available, you have to order or go out to eat. The overall price is so cheap compared to other hotels in this area and the whole gandhinagar. Also if u want a hotel in gandhinagar specifically then you must go for it..it is the best in range with satisfaction.

Extremely pathetic and unprofessional attitude and service. We were shown rooms with AC and rate was decided Rs1800/- ( so called exhibition rate - from Rs 1200 on normal day to 1800/- during exibition time nearby) per day for two days including extra bed. We left the bags and went for works. In evening the person on reception started arguing that the rates charged are for non AC and that we have to pay Rs 200/- per day if we need ac or else to vacate the room immediately. When asked for owner's number, he started arguing in loud noise. Feel so cheated and helpless as we couldn't find any other place nearby and had to agree with his loot. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

This hotel is really clean good service . In the hotel room you get Tv. Ac. Double bed. Hot water and many things. I visited at this hotel and feel great that's why I rated it 5 star. Thank you.

This Place is good for small stay. The rooms are well enough for 2 people, good sanitized rooms and friendly staff But I would not recommend to book the hotel online. The charge much more online (in my case they charged me 900) While walk-in booking was done 600 And if you are boy and went Gandhi Nagar for SSB go to "Umiya mataji temple" and stay in shared rooms with SSB candidates. You will make friends for sure and stay would be much more cheaper with all facilities. Hope this helps and best of luck for the future😎.
