Hotel Apple Residency

This hotel has very nice rooms, well appointed and clean.
It is also walkable distance from railway station, although not with luggage.
Getting auto during day is very easy, however it is pretty far from the main attraction here, Rani ki vaav so autos demand more. I paid ₹100 for a dedicated auto to myself in Sep-22.
They also have a sister concern named Food Zone restaurant, just 1 min away from hotel. So you can easily walk and dine there or order in room. There are no other restaurants nearby.

Room are not maintain.bed sheet and other this are not washed we were sleeping sweaters on that day.bathroom are very bad and hot water is not available until you rise your voice on management.

Nice place for a short stay at Patan. Clean, well maintained ( comfort room) and the staff are courteous. The location is not so good. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is one called Foodzone next to it. The hotel brings room service from that restaurant only.

We are staying here from last 2 years till date I have not faced any problem their staff room for everything is good.

The room ery nice and also staff service is very good , very co operative staff room is very cleaned and spacious .

Very nice hotel with good rooms and very friendly and relaxed staff.
Hot water was sometimes an issue but then we were brought hot water by bucket so that was OK.
Highly recommended. We even extended our stay here.
